Vice City signature

I have learned my lesson by trying to get so much out of yall. So here's a request that's easy peasy.

 

I would like this picture as my signature. And I would like my username somewhere in there in the same font as the words "Vice City" in this picture. Including the underline. And for the border, I would like it to look like a gold picture frame. Something like this.

 

And for the dimensions, use the same ones as the one in my current sig.
