Finn 7 five 11
Damn, people. Stop talking sh*t about realism and all that.Grand theft Auto is not about realism, only in its last versions. I don't even care, dude. Sure, it's a bit unrealistic, but it's still fun. I hope I'm not sounding like I am a fan of realism. I'm just saying that if the game is trying to be realistic like IV, then the military should not be in the game. It'll be weird, and it will stand out. If it is much less realistic, then they should add them. I just hope they don't make them as annoying. I still fail to see how GTA IV was more "realistic". You gotta be kidding me.... Alright lets see what did they do in IV that was more "realistic" than San Andreas. The physics were more life like...sort of, the way the limbs moved around after impacts was more real, but when going fast and getting hit, flying 30-40 -50 metres through the air isn't real. Getting nudged very slightly by a car is not going to knock you flat on the ground. The graphics were more lifelike, and pedestrians and such acted a little more like real humans, but aside from that the game was just as far fetched as any other gta, can you give me examples of realism? You fall off a car and train when it is moving. 2. Friends phoning you up to do activities and to be there in 2 hours. 3. The amount of guns (and no minigun) 4. If you hit a woman, people come to help. 5. After KO'ing someone, they will wake up and would try to walk off. 6. Explosive radius is more realistic. 7. Yes, you can fall over by getting slightly hit by a car. 8. More real life activities than rampage or hunter vigilante
MotjoBoss
And all that sh*t about unrealistic.... GTA is about over the top gameplay in a realistic setting. It's getting unrealistic when flying robots are trying to take you out or suddenly the entire army of Napoleon is on your ass.
Wercury
When are people gonna stop pretending GTA IV was realistic? But I liked the military. I hope they come back, to be completely different from that failed attempt at realism that GTA IV was.

chestycougth
i wonder if the army has ever been called in to deal with a criminal in real life?
skillz7855
the military is probably in the game judging by the Jet in the trailer.Since its South Cali that place has the a lot of military bases.I think the military wont be 6 star but If you attack them they will attack just like gang member NPC. Grand_Theft_Peanut
I think they should realistically incorporate them! i miss them so much from the other games.... but this time around i think dont have tanks just roaming the streets chasing one guy, maybe just go as far as jeeps dropping off troops and helicopters dropping off troops, a tank firing at u is way too overpowered
leaflinks
I didn't think about a military presence in the game. Do anyone think the military could so something more than just go after the player? ^Already put forward.

I call over the top the missions in TBOGT, but no where in IV was it OTT. Saints Row is an example of OTT gameplay, so as San Andreas. GTA IV was too boring. deathil93
Personelly I think that the army will be included as a passive faction. IMHO it would be much more realistic and more fun that being chased by near-indestructible tanks
DaWiesel
I don't want Military driving with their tanks over me und ramming my car. No problem with the military be included but without tanks, please. You can steal a tank from a military base, but they don't use it to fight against crime.
