Pheonix and Hotknife Locations

I like to know where are Pheonix and Hotknife locations. I haven't find both of them on the road. I know after getting all golds, Hotknife can be unlocked. But assume that, I couldn't get all golds in Driving School. Also Pheonix can be saved in one race of SF. But I like to know from where they can be aquired without getting normal way.

There is no other way to get those two vehicles other than the methods you mentioned.

Both appear as vigilante targets, the Phoenix also appears in the mission A Home in the Hills.

I'm not sure if this is a Chain Game exclusive or not?-but there is a Pheonix spawn at the safe house on the Old Vegas strip.

 

As far as the HotKnife goes, it has a spawn at the Santa Monica Beach safe house after the Driving school? has been completed...

 

However, if you like to see rare vehicle spawns, just use a Chain Game save, it has a lot of extra vehicle spawns, and best of all can be accessed without modding...

I usually go by This vehicles map, it is very detailed as well.

 

For the record, I usually use Chain Game Starter saves when I start a new game(which is quite a lot), so I am not too familiar with the normal game anymore(spawn-wise anyway-lol)

Thanks for the vehicle map. I didn't know there is always parked Romero. I thought Romero can only be got by Katie.

 

 

I think still I can't find out a Pheonix. I haven't noticed the cars of targets in vigiliante mission are Pheonix. If so, since which level I can get a Pheonix?

Exactly what he said, you can get Phoenix in San Fiero Hill Race, simply drive to wang cars get out wait some time until missions is failed,

then you have a Phoenix behind you, get it nd rock it.

 

You cannot get the HotKnife any otehr way than Police missions or Driving School on Gold.
