CJ was slightly customizable in San Andreas, so why did'nt they continue in IV? I think R* didn't want Niko to be tinkered with as not to ruin belief throughout the game. Or something to that extent. I understand what you are saying, but there are ways of making future storylines be able to incorporate any change to the characters physical appearance. At the very least, allow players to be able to change appearance after a certain point in the game, or even after completion of the single player story. Imagine HAVING to change your appearance in order to evade enemies or police? Just like pay n spray, except for disguising yourself. I know i'm going to get killed with stuff against doing anything like Saints Row, but Saints Row is an almost EXACT carbon copy of the GTA franchise, so it would'nt really be a negative to me. I don't think Saints Row is anywhere near GTA'S level, but they DO have some interesting features, and the ability to customize the character is in my opinion the best part about it. Anyway...there should be a larger selection than SA with GTA4's system of purchase. R* had their heads in the sand on so many features in GTA4 and that was one of them. Ideally I believe that we should be able to essentially purchase and wear every article of clothing seen on any character or NPC peds. in the game. I know that FUBU wasnt popular in USA, but it was in europe and had very good clothes. The only company that make good clothes now is wu wear.
