493dart Posted January 14, 2012 Share Posted January 14, 2012 Stupid question ?? On gta 4 --PS3 ........ i have the cheat phone numbers. I press up and the cell phone appears in the bottom right. Then press up ... nothing happens. How do i get the phone to pop up (to see the screen ) -- so i can enter the cheat phone numbers ????????? ive tried everything. ??? " no ethernet connection " I had this game on xbox 360 a few years ago---- and i remember it had the cell phone / cheat deal.
