It got changed by a man called graham cobra.graham took over it when he assassinated falcone snoop but then graham died a slow painful death by cancer and in them times there was no cure. look at The cobra Cartel now its been 200 years and it has got its status back. But 300 years ago the cartel use to have alot of members and in them times they called it posse they had up to 100 members but all vanished because they wanted democratic system.Now The cobra Cartel is back founded by DjDevin. DjDevin then left the clan and the clan fell apart then xXPrinceEzioXx tracked down djdevin and bought the clan from him and brought it up to its original status this clan was originally from Black water Ranch and then ezio and his posse moved to liberty city and went straight to the top then one day ezio got assassinated during the Vinci-Moretti War. The family then became headed by Don Carlo. During Carlo reign, the Falcone's became a ruthless rising star in the alderny underworld. They became the second most powerful family in Alderny .But they wanted more carlo falcone the don wanted to become godfather of New york but he was assasinated by the Barzini boss.After this incident there had to become a new don so who else could be better then Johnny.Johnny changed everything about the Gang he changed the ranking system. Johnny was carlo son and he decied to wipe out every single family till he made his fathers dreams come true.Then in 1984 Johnny Wiped out the Barzini familgia and got his fathers revenge but then tension really started to heat up johnny had to go in hiding becuase the five family heads were looking for him so he went to alderny.He continued everthing like it was but now all the heads of the family have tracked him down and are coming johnny needs to get ready for everything.Then the trajedy happen they had kidnapped the underboss he knew everything about the Cartel and johnny was scared he would tell everything to them so johnny had him killed.There had to be a new underboss so who else would be better then johnny own son henry.Then father and son went in hiding and now they are tired of running johnny said it is time to attack and attack big time he said. Only Cartel members are allowed in the House becuase they dont want alot of atteention that a mafia live their and if you close enough next to the house you can hear echoes of the dead. Rule Number four Be nice Meaning be kind respect each other dont swear at each other help each others in time of need. Example If the Boss gets angry at you dont start saying stuff behind his back just say yes Boss sorry Boss or even if a members swears at you just say thank you and tell the Boss That a member swore at you. Rule Number five Dont kill anybody until boss says so.If you do not follow this rule and you kill somebody and just say they were our Allie that would start a battle maybe even a war between the 2 clans so if you want to kill somebody ask permission before you do it or at least know the information if their our Allie or not if you wanna kill an enemy Then start Reloading. Good ppoint SRB this guy didn't get anywhere near deadsliez and the reason I'm saying this now is because I'm his bodyguard and I always be with him when he's always in games with other clans.
