Well Los Angeles is also in a hilly place... not all of it but good part. Plus the bridge seen just seconds before that frame is over a canal something LA is famous for. It is kinda floating the tires are on the road but the car looks "light" for lack of a better word. It should be lower to the ground then it is thats for sure. I didn't believe it was Glory Hole myself but, well... I guess we all just got slapped. It'll be interesting to see what Rockstar re-brand "Glory Hole" as, as it's clear that it's no longer just a theme park. Some kind of club perhaps? I don't think it's likely the theme park is behind that building though it could be a Disney outlet kind of deal where stores are franchised out to sell their merchandise in bigger cities. I also found an interesting little snippet about the franchise on the GTA Wiki. Rockstar are known to keep up with it from time to time and so might have decided to put it in as a nod back to existing lore, if you will: In Liberty City Stories, Head Radio holds a competition to win the chance to "visit San Andreas and the Glory Hole Theme Park", implying that the park in in the State of San Andreas, although GTA:SA shows no evidence of this (though it's possible the park relocated from another state to San Andreas in the period between the two games).
