xxxpwlxxx Posted January 13, 2012 Share Posted January 13, 2012 Hi everyone there , i would like to seek some help . i am xxxpwlxxx from singapore , i have install GTA 4 from the disc that i buy in pc / game store . when i install the game , it works fine , but when i install gta 4 10.70 latest version , it will crash ??? why ? can someone help me . got anyone also experience this ? xxxpwlxxx Posted January 14, 2012 Author Share Posted January 14, 2012 Yes , i have install the gfwl update . but still cant work . please allow me to explain to you all more clearly , I have bought the GTA 4 Game shops / stop in Singapore , its is a legal and orginial gta 4 pc disc . i install and play with no problem at all , but when i install the latest version . 1070 patches , it will crash whether i click launch gta 4 , it cant work . why its is so . I bought the game and installed it and couldn't play it correctly until I installed the patch update. Now mine plays great even though windows live is total crap. Why not try xliveless??? radioman Posted January 18, 2012 Share Posted January 18, 2012 For one, you have not provided enough details to accurately solve your problem, so with that being said: Please post the REQUIRED information from the pinned troubleshooting topic, as posted by Justin(a moderator) so we can accurately diagnose this for you...You have not posted enough details... What is the Processor? What is the Processor speed? What is the Ram? What is the Video card? What is the TOTAL VRAM? How much VRAM is Dedicated? What is the Sound card? What is the Operating System? Do you have the latest Service Pack for the OS-ie. SP3 for XP, SP2 for Vista, or SP1 for 7? Are ALL drivers up to date for the video card, DX(meaning you have DX11), Sound card, etc. Do you have any Daemon tools or the like installed on your PC?-these can cause problems with games.. Is this the Retail(DVD) version OR A Downloaded version? If Downloaded, from where? If Retail, Is this the ORIGINAL DVD being used OR a No-DVD crack OR a Copy of the disc? Please answer ALL the above questions, so we can better help you...It is important, as is why it is in a Pinned topic, that was typed and Pinned by a moderator...Thanks for your cooperation. You do not need to go into as many details as Mkey suggested in his previous post, just the basic info. from above is all that is needed....
