Liberty City is a city full of people who have no idea what to do life. Their jobs are incredibly nonsense, their lifestyle cannot be called a lifestyle, and the money is there waiting for them to take it but they act as if there is no such thing as hidden wealthiness. I have found the hidden wealthiness and I am bringing it to you, all you have to do is spend it wisely. Like a wise once said "we are blessed and cursed". -Big Smoke.

 

 

Here is your objective, you ready........... live the life you always wanted to live. It could be as a mobster, a baker, a comedian etc...... Just live it and live it properly, drug addicts die early you know (lol). Each player will start off with $3,000 and a free car from the selection of beginner's cars. You can either live a life of a gangster and create your own gang, rise to power and be number one, or you could as a innocent person with a regular life, regular job, and regular money flow (boring). There does not have to be an ending, just keep going at it as long as you want.

 

 

Fear factor- When someone points a gun at you, your character must not pull out their gun, even if you have body armor and are able to shoot back before getting killed.

 

Going out of character (OC) will cause you to get a warning.

 

LOLkilling- Killing someone for absolutely no reason, yes I understand this is a "Bloods vs. Crips" RP, but like stated before, not a Team Deathmatch.

Although, gangs are allowed to execute assassinations or "hits". There hits however, have to differ from LOLkilling, this means the hits have to be planned or there needs to be a purpose to the hits apart from "that nigga be in ma territory".

 

Revenge killing/Spawn Rushing- If a player is killed they must not revenge kill, that is, kill the person who previously killed them just for revenge. The player must not "Spawn Rush", that is, if they are killed during war, they cannot go back into the war zone, they must remain out of combat until battle for a certain region is finished.

 

Running in a Zig-Zag formation- You are not allowed to do this, it makes the game unrealistic... is there more I can say? (from Gangs of Liberty)

 

 

A common question often heard on the streets of Liberty. I'll tell how to survive, just go with your instincts. If you are a character who tries to live a normal lifestyle, then you avoid trouble the best you can. If your character is a person who is involved in criminal activities then what the hell but make sure your crimes are at a controllable rate. For innocent characters, you could but a weapon for protection (Glock 17, bat, and knife). For criminal characters, if you are going to own a weapon it has to fit your weapon license.

 

 

You must have a name and one neighborhood you want to control. The max amount of members in a gang is five. If you wish to have banners regarding your gang, post here please. You may also start with one vehicle for your gang from the beginner's cars selection. The same goes for mafia's and street gangs.

 

 

Don't think it's going to be easy, because it's not. To expand your gang you must either take over a neighborhood that has not been touched yet or you can attack other gangs and gain their territory. But watch out, the police are always watching. Attacking other gangs is one way of expanding but you also have to extort any and every business owner in that neighborhood.

 

 

You want to start a business, all you have to do is get enough money to buy a small bar or something. When you start off as a newbie in the RP, you get $3,000 which should be enough for a place to live and a car. If you save your money and work at a business for a while, you could own your business using your hard earned money. But owning a business means you either have to rent it or earn enough money to buy the whole thing. It's for a good cause.

 

 

Expanding your business will happen if you own a business and not just renting it. Once you do own it, you could do some advertising around town either by announcing it on a public radio, hosting wild parties, getting a criminal organization to help you out and lots more. If you own a bar, you could start a happy hour which will gain you popularity, if you host a nightclub you could do crazy events that will also gain you popularity and so on and so forth.

 

 

There are two types of cops in this city, good cops and bad cops. But no matter what they protect these streets and always manage to bring in major criminals. This RP will have up to five members with commissioner. The cops are feared in this city because of their ruthless strategies to bring down any criminal. They are all over and they are always ready.

 

 

If you lose any health and wish to be treated, you cannot simply go to a health pack and pick it up. You may buy the healing license to be allowed to pick health packs up or call a doctor and pay them for the health pack. You may also call a staff member who will charge you 10% of your game income, e.g. you earn $1,000 per game, you will pay $100 for health care.

When a player dies, they will lose the the set amount to whatever "medical tier level" they fall under for healthcare.. If the player does not have enough money to pay for the health costs, their character will die and they will have to create a new character. This new character will start out with nothing and is not allowed to join a gang for the period of one full roleplay.

A character can also die if their bank account is frozen by the police.

If a players bank account is frozen or do not have enough to pay for there medical bills they will have 5mins to find someone to pay there bills or they will die.

Tier2: $1,000-$5,000= $2,500

Tier3: $5,000-$15,000= $7,500

Tier4: $15,000-$30,000= $17,500

Tier5: $30,000-$50,000= $20,000

Tier6: $75,000-$125,000= $50,000

Tier7: $125,000-$250,000= $100,000

Tier8: $250,000-$500,000= $150,000

Tier9: $500,000-$1,000,000= $250,000

Tier10: $1,000,000-$3,000,000= $500,000

Tier11: $3,000,000-$5,000,000(+)= $1,000,000

 

The Bank will be represented by a banker that takes care of all player information.

The Banker will always have to be contacted by shopowners/car-dealers/real estate agents and anyone who sells whenever they sell something.

All players will have their unique bank account. Gangs will have a "Gang" Account which will be handled by the Gang Leader or a Treasurer.

Banks can give out loans to any who wish, as long as they don't have a criminal record and have good credit.

The banker will choose the amount of interest that players will have to pay when paying back the loan.

The banker also keeps 10% of money used in every purchase that is made through the bank, such as those who choose to buy cars, weapons, properties etc. (The banker however does not keep any profit if the purchase is done through other players such as car dealers, weapon dealers etc.) (from Gangs of Liberty)

 

 

In this RP you will be provided with insurance such as life insurance, vehicle insurance, and property insurance. Each insurance type will have to be paid monthly (every 5 RP's). The host of the RP will run the insurance companies unless some people would like to run an insurance company that's fine by me. The insurance selection will be down below.

 

Property

 

Union Property Insurance (U.P.I.)

 

This insurance company is for houses in the Dukes, Broker, and Bohan. They provide you with security, help with rent, and will give you money in case your house is has been damage in anyway.

We also help our client's with either buying or selling a house, we help with cost and we help our client's sell their houses in a easier process.

You pay only $500.00 a month and pay half of your rent.

 

High-end Property Insurance(H.E.P.I.)

 

This insurance company is an expensive company that takes care of homes in Algonquin. They provide you with security, help with rent, and will give you money in case your house is has been damage in anyway.

This insurance collect's rent every week of $500.00 with a total of $2,500.00 a month.

If you want to buy a house in Algonquin, you must consult with an A.L.I agent to inform him that you are wanting to buy a house in Algonquin. He will set up an account with A.L.I.

 

Quartz Property Insurance (Q.P.I.)

 

Quartz Property Insurance was established 1932 in Alderny and basically what they do is provided you help with rent but security is included for free. If your home is damaged, you shall receive money from the bank of $3,000.00 and will provide you with a temporary home if necessary.

You pay $350.00 every two weeks (every two RP's) which should total up to $700.00 a monthly.

City Hall is for those who want to improve the current RP that is in gameplay or for holding court sessions for criminals and basically they are their own bosses, until the new Mayor is elected. The City Hall staff will have up to three members. One of the three will be the Mayor of Liberty City but in order for the city to have a mayor, the citizens must vote and choose the new Mayor.

Any purchases or rent paid in the RP, the bankers have to know about it and the bankers inform me. I will see if you have sufficient funds and that you have the proper license for either purchasing vehicle's, weapon's etc...

 

We are doing this RP with voice chat and text chat, I know some people don't have mic. I would hate to see them left out.

 

You can choose any job in this thread from the job selection which has been updated just recently. You can change your current job if you want, but you can have a different job everyday, you at least need two days of experience.

Also, can citizens get insurance for their cars in case it gets damaged (of course, if it is not their fault). For example, if a gang member wreaks havoc on the streets and damages somebody's car accidentaly.

 

I'll have to think about it, but to be honest though, I think I'll pass because of school and everything... What day in the week would the RP be held?

Class 1	Can recieve upon 1st RP
Class 2	Can recieve upon 2nd RP
Class 3	Can recieve upon 3rd RP, possess Class 2 licence, and $200 payment
Class 4	Can recieve upon 3rd RP and $200 payment
Class 5	Can recieve upon 3rd RP, Class 2 licence, and $300 payment
Class 6	Must have Dr-Mayhem111's or other respective RP leader's approval
