Ultra Realistic Graphics Installation Issue

I have done everything from step 1 to step 3 and RealismIV is where I am having issues. I have fresh reinstalled a few times. I am fully patched up to 1.0.7.0. My rig can defnately handle this mod as I have ran other graphic heavy mods with ease. It launches the Intro but hangs before you get to the "Press Play" screen. Also the FPS skyrockets with the mod installed, which might be part of the problem.

RealismIV added. Everything looks ok except the frame rate is through the roof at 3000.

At this point the game is stuck on this black screen. I played Xbox 360 for a half hour and came back and it was still here. So that rules out slow loading textures...

 

Any ideas? Probably something simple like a patch I need or don't need. Thanks in advance. These forums helped me many times with the old GTA games and I'm glad to finally be a member.

Try this package of modding files in your Grand Theft Auto IV directory and see if it makes a difference. All these files are needed to do ANY modding anyway...

Does NOT work the "BEST" with Simple Native Trainer, but does not crash either.

Enb works best with patch 1.0.4. Dont even think realizm works on 1.0.7.0
