I looked up weird laws for New Jersey. *"Drivers must warn those who they pass on highways before they do so." and "All motorists must honk before passing another car, bicyclist, skater, and even a skateboarder." I never learned that in Driver's Ed, and I've never warned anybody while passing them on a highway, aside from using my blinker. *"It is against the law to “frown” at a police officer." Too late i guess *"In an attempt to “foster kindness” in the citizens of New Jersey, the month of May is designated “Kindness Awareness Month”. Never heard of this, and I'm positive that nobody participates. *"You cannot pump your own gas". This is true. I have no clue how to operate a gas pump. All my life I've had my gas pumped for me by attendants, and It's illegal to get out of my car to do it myself. I've also never gotten gas in any other states, yet. A lot of these laws were created back in the day and aren't enforced. A common theme in wacky US laws involve horses or car things.
