IronWolve
Posted on this forum, due to PC Performance has more readers. If anyone can help with tweaks or ideas, please share. I get about 67 frames with everything on high in GTA IV but only 12 in Liberty City on low settings. Any ideas? Tweaks? I really been wanting to play this game. command.txt -nomemrestrict-novblank-noprecache-no_3GB-usedirectinput-benchmark GTA IV StatisticsAverage FPS: 66.05Duration: 37.14 secCPU Usage: 21%System memory usage: 14%Video memory usage: 63%Graphics SettingsVideo Mode: 1920 x 1200 (59 Hz)Texture Quality: HighShadow Quality: HighReflection Resolution: HighWater Quality: Very HighTexture Filter Quality: Anisotropic x4Night Shadows: OffView Distance: 25Detail Distance: 100 Liberty City StatisticsAverage FPS: 12.95Duration: 36.69 secCPU Usage: 12%System memory usage: 13%Video memory usage: 49%Graphics SettingsVideo Mode: 1280 x 1024 (60 Hz)Texture Quality: HighShadow Quality: MediumReflection Resolution: HighWater Quality: HighTexture Filter Quality: Anisotropic x4Night Shadows: OffView Distance: 25Detail Distance: 31HardwareMicrosoft Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1Video Adapter: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 TiVideo Driver version: 290.53Audio Adapter: Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)Intel® Core i7-3930K CPU @ 3.20GHz
Sapstar
Although this will probably not help you much, I do also have GTA EFLC and it runs a bit slow, and I posed the question. GTA EFLC is "bloated" a little bit more. I think it has more shaders. Do you have any noticeable FPS drops in certain places or times of day? I see you're using commandlines, which should have helped, but do not. What is your RAM amount?
