Yeah, but i really don't see this as a metaphor. It's pretty obviously about someone dying, and the other season 5 poster is symbolic for Walter being the King (sitting at his throne). Hmm... i want to know why they showed us this...

They just want us to expect a major death in season 5B, and the vagueness of the photo shows us it could be anyone. That's what I'm getting from it anyway. I like how the body is covering up all the spots where Jesse has tattoos.

Don't know about you guys, however, I've been watching a lot of tribute videos and I have to say that it gets me so pumped for this show to come back everyday!

One thing to keep in mind is the poster that showed Walt was the king, never really hinted out what time it would happen, but people can see it symbolizing the whole 5th season. But Walt's moves as the king did not really happen until the last 3 episodes of 5A.

 

This photo could not be as obvious at first and it could mean an idea. It could be not anyone special, That could be how they might throw us off. Then again, it could be someone, and we know no one is safe..But if we know no one is safe, in order to throw us off guard, the person in the photo might be someone we would not even guess who might get killed. It is such a cryptic message, because that guy does not really look dead, then again, how would I know ?

 

The clothes being on top of the car could mean anything. Also did you guys see the ring on the ground, at the right side of the image, near the hand on the ground. I mean it probably means nothing either, but we have to go with what we got lol.

Any of you watch The Office? In last night's episode ("Moving On"), an actor from Breaking Bad was on there... and he played a character that's almost similar to his Breaking Bad one.

 

It was: The actor that plays Saul Goodman

 

 

In the final season of 30 Rock, another actor was in an episode or two, playing the POLAR OPPOSITE of his Breaking Bad character. It was: Bryan Cranston.

I've heard something about April, but well I think April and July timegap is the most predictable.

The production schedule for season 5B has pretty much been the same as season 5A. They will most likely finish filming in March, like last year. Then they will go into post production... which could last until late May - early June. Then marketing will begin, and then a release in July.

 

I'd be willing to bet July 14th.

149 days left assuming July 14th premiere. That doesn't make me feel any better though But hey, at least it's not 300 days+ left like it was after 5A ended

 

Edit: Hahaha, I just found something cool. Remember that kid in season 2 who get's 58% on a chemistry test and you had to score 60% to pass. That same kid asked if Walter could just let it go otherwise he had to go to summer school. Walter didn't budge though. That wasn't the last time we saw that kid if you didn't already know. Hahahaha, that kid was really desperate for some good grades. At the time while watching this episode I did react to what he said but I never knew it was the same kid who failed that chemistry test. Lolololololol, Breaking Bad owns man! I'm sure my future rewatch will be full of these surprises.

Nice! That pic reminds me of the end of season 2, right after Skyler exposes Walt of all his lies, and she (briefly) leaves him. That's the exact same shot they used for that scene too. Maybe now Skyler is going to leave him for real. Anyway, thanks for sharing!

 

And about your previous post, I actually noticed that was the same kid while I was doing the rewatch. It's crazy how much stuff you don't notice before, but it makes rewatching it all the more better!

It's possible. But look at the background. It looks like they are in the middle of nowhere. Plus I don't remember a scene like that in season 4. You could be right though.

Hehe That was a little bit of a buzz kill, but alright I can accept that. It is still pretty damn good. It does not mean there is not anything it could tell us or help us think about what might happen.

 

One of the things that has always passed our minds and probably Walt's mind was how bad the environment got with the drug addicts who are ever using this best blue crystal meth. We really did not see much of the problems that Walter has caused to environment yet. Sure most viewers know how dangerously addictive meth is, but never once is it actually shed a lot light on the dangers in BB. Only in some of the scenes throughout the show.

 

It would be really clever to see how bad the environment has become with Walt being a king of meth. Some of the recent tweets and teasers that Anna Gunn, Aaron Paul, and Bryan Cranston have posted really does hint some of that out. It would also be a real clever anti-meth message as well .

 

That is kind of why I was leaning towards something bad happening to Walt's family for the last 8 episodes. What do you guys think?

 

Also, I am curious, when did you guys start watching Breaking Bad? Which year? I started watching in mid or late 2011. I think it was around Season 4 was either about to end or just ended.

 

I heard about it before, but never paid attention to it, until I found it on Netflix. I read the description and usually that has to hook me in to watching it. I'm the kind of person that likes to go in with a little understanding. I was hooked from the first episodes, but it was not until the 5th or 6th that I realized that "Ok, he will become a badass! Must keep watching"

 

But yea, I'd like to hear how you guys stumbled upon Breaking Bad.

This is just too weird. Why would AMC put this on BB's Instagram if it's fake and label it 'Sneak Peek'? The Flickr fan photo is the only source that shows the full photo and it was apparently posted in 2010, making those 30 month ago posts correct. My only guess is that AMC is either trying to rile up fans or they want to signify that the sneak peek is a character's death, but have just used a fan pic to show this. I mean, if you look at the RV in the photo it has pants on the hood which is obviously in reference to Walter cooking meth with no clothes on in the RV. However, it's a completely different type of RV. Fan photo if you ask me. (Unless they're gonna start cooking meth in an RV again, which I don't see.)

Nah, the name of the person who posted the artwork lives somewhere in Italy, which explains the Fiat being there.

Yeah, it's all very weird. But the picture came straight from AMCs Instagram so for now I will take it as an official pic.

Don't know, but the photo was posted before AMC released it on their Instagram account. Even a person in the comment section deemed it fan art. Rather premature of AMC to not give credit, then again, they have done this before....

 

I like solving these things before getting hyped up over nothing.
