July 2013 is what keeps getting thrown around. They are pretty much on the same schedule as last year, so I'd say July is a very strong possibility.

I've just finished season 1. I didn't realise it was so short, and it was quite slow I admit, but at the same time I found it intense. I love the transition Walt made over the course of the season after finding out about the cancer; badass multiplied as soon as he picked up that head shaver.

 

I do find myself wanting to know more, so I'm looking forward to catching season 2.

I'm very pissed since Rockstar said spring and couldn't even deliver on THAT.

 

We will all see the series finale of this fantastic television series before V even drops. At least we'll have V to cope with it on 9-17, two weeks after the series finale on 9-1.

Series finale on September 1st? How do you figure that? I mean, I'm not saying it won't be in September (because it was last year). But if you say it ends on the 1st, then when do you think it will start? Has to be sometime in July (like last year).

 

As for V, I will admit... I was disappointed at first. 8 more months we have to wait. But we have BB coming soon (lucky us). So that will more than enough keep us busy until September. Also, I'm kind of happy we have to wait longer... because now the game is going to be that much better.

It actually came as a shock to me. I always figured R* gave us the "spring 2013" announcement because that would give them a time frame of about 2 - 3 months for them to pick out a release date they felt certain about. But hey, it's not a big deal actually. If the game is delayed it's because they want to improve it, not the other way around. If they're improving the game, what do GTA fans really have to complain about? I mean, do we really want a rushed game? No way! If they're taking the extra time of 4 months to improve frame rate and fix bugs, that is really worth the extra wait.

Hopefully Breaking Bad won't be delayed I'd say there 0% chance of that. They started filming pretty early and they should be done in March, early April at latest. That gives them plenty of time for post-production and marketing. And after Breaking Bad writes TV history with the series finale, it's only a week or two before we'll have GTA5 in our hands. ^.^

^ I'm 95% sure season 5B will release in July. I mean, just look at season 5B's schedule so far. Very similar to season 5A's. But yeah... at least now V won't intervene with BB, and we can give the last 8 episodes the focus they deserve.

I'd assumed it would be starting July 14 just because it premiered July 15 last year and July 17 the year before that, so it would make sense. + Aaron Paul tweeted earlier this month that it was starting July 14 but quickly deleted that tweet and tweeted something about it just being "Summer" to cover his ass since they're probably not aloud to say the release yet. Since this is the same time schedule, season 5 mid-season finale was September 2 last year, so I assume it will be September 1 this year!

I watched and loved LOST and the Sopranos. I watched 4 seasons of Dexter but took too long of a break and need to catch up on that. Is The Walking Dead really that bad? I'm only 5 episodes in and I like it so far. SOA is something I have heard a lot of good things about - that'll definitely be the next one I start

I agree it's trash. I hate it, find it boring, and don't know why. LOST and The Wire are the sh*t. I've yet to see Sopranos, but I have it on burned disc.
