But yeah, not my favorite episode

I really liked it. Got to see Walt MacGyver his way out of yet another situation. Got to see Walt lay a massive guilt trip on Jesse, bring up Grey Matter and lay out very clearly that Heisenberg is all he has left.

Got to see Mike get one-upped by Walt yet again. But I'm finding it hard to believe that Mike would be this lenient with Walt at this point. How many times can Jesse calm him down?

Just wondering. What if...Walt went to go cook for that dude? I guess that's improbable, since he really doesn't want another boss. But if he boasted enough, grabbed his dick enough, maybe he could talk his way into a golden goose position with Mike's contact. Go cook for him and be treated like the prize he is. Of course I know I'm totally wrong and Walt has something else planned.

I mean, I liked it... it just wasn't my favorite this season. Was bound to happen eventually.

So that is indeed Mike's contact? What, is he a distributor? I don't remember them saying anything about it. In the preview for next week, I'm sure it will be up on YouTube in no time, Walt is in the desert talking with a group of people and telling them who he is. It looks to me like he is trying to claim dominance. Maybe Walt does start cooking for Mike's contact. Seems to me that Walt wants to be recognized as their leader though. Really curious to see how "everybody wins."

Jesus Christ, is it next Sunday yet? angry.gif

EDIT: So I guess the "electricity" hint was about Walt escaping?

My excitement for next week is drowned by the many tears I'm shedding knowing I have to wait a f*cking year to see how my favorite show ends.

Least we got 2 more this year... so there's always that. lol.gif

I can handle the waiting part, because I know it will be worth it. It's just the cliffhanger that they are bound to throw at us is what I'm worried about. If it's something really crazy, I know my mind will be lingering over it for a whole year. And that scares me. mercie_blink.gif

So tonight we know a little bit more about Walt's motivation. He doesn't want to sell out like he did with Grey Matter. He wants to go all the way. Still though, we don't know exactly why Walt left Grey Matter in the first place.

Whatever happened with Walt and Grey Matter still hasn't been revealed yet. All we know is that Elliot was his partner, and he was dating Gretchen. Something happened at Gretchen's family's place I believe, that caused Walt to storm out. Then, Elliot and Gretchen got together and made alot of money out of the company. We now know that Walt left the company with his share of $5,000... probably due to the incident with Gretchen (I'm going to have to go back to that episode in season 2 where they talk about that).

It all comes down to his pride though. He should just get out while he can, and take the $5 million. I mean seriously... just get the f*ck out, man! But no... he wants to be the mother f*cking king. Empire business, indeed.

Was an alright episode, not my favorite one this season. This was the episode that sets us up for the next 2 though, that's for sure.

-Did anyone catch what "connections" Todd has in prison? Because I didn't...

-That dinner scene was hard to watch, but yet I couldn't look away. So funny! lol.gif

-Pretty clever what Walt did to get free... monocle.gif

-Who was those guys that met Jesse and Mike in the desert? Competition?

-Lastly, I wonder what Walt means by "everybody wins"

But yeah, not my favorite episode. Two more left this year, then the remaining 8 next summer. It's bitter sweet at this point. Looking forward to the net 2 episodes... they should be nothing short of epic!

He said his uncle had connections in prison. Maybe a prison gang or prison drug dealers, if you have seen Goodfellas, that kind of shows how drugs are smuggled at in to prison and dealt around.

As for the guy in the desert, he seems pretty badass. I have a feeling he runs some sort of other drug business, maybe another meth biz. Whatever it is he wants Gus/Walt's product off the street badly.

He's probably a new Tuco or even possibly a new Gus Fring.

^ Ahh, ok. Todd's uncle has connections. I wonder how that is going to play out?

And that guy in the desert, he's most likely a distributor. But why does he want Walt's product off the streets? My guess is it's too hot... with the DEA looking into it and all.

Anyone else wonder if that kid's fingerprints are on the spider jar? And whether that will serve as some kind of leverage, should Todd try to extort more money or a partnership from Walt, Jesse and Mike?

Loved tonight's episode. Got a lot of Walt sympathy, and Walt guilt-tripped the sh*t out of Jesse. You know what I don't get? Mike was about to kill Walt, despite not knowing where the methylamine was. What would that accomplish? Motherf*cker would have lost his money and the guilty party. Not very smart, Mikey.

Love the Gomez theory, Don. I hope it turns out to be true, now, but it doesn't make sense considering Gomez was staking out Mike.

But why does he want Walt's product off the streets?

He's another Gus. A boss. He has his own string of meth, and Walt's blue stuff is stealing away business. He wants to buy Walt out so he'll stop cooking.

Makes perfect sense. But that means, he's not a distributor for Mike than, right? I mean, he wouldn't want the product that he sells off the streets. If he does run his own meth ring, I highly doubt Walt will cook for him...

Meh, f*ck it. I don't want to dwell on it too much. We have a whole week ahead of us. I do know Walt is long past the point of having a boss, so we will see how it plays out.

My heart kind of sank when Jesse started to dig up the kid's body and Walt was opening the barrel they were going to dissolve him in. Definitely sad, but I guess it had to be done.

As for Todd trying to use the spider jar for leverage, I can't really see that. To be honest, he has very little. I'm sure Walt, Mike, and Jesse would have taken that barrel of dissolved child somewhere without Todd knowing and since there's no corpus delicti, if Todd does go to the police, he would probably be suspect number one.

Walt pulling a MacGyver was pretty awesome. I figured the coffee pot wasn't going to work (red herring), but for some reason, I expected the heater to be hot enough to burn the restraint. I didn't expect him to use an electrical cord - pretty smart.

Of course, as already mentioned, Walt guilt tripped the hell out of Jesse and I admit, I even felt sympathetic for him, especially when he pretty much spelled it out: he had to kick his own kids out, his wife is waiting for him to die from cancer - the business is the only thing really keeping him alive, since that's all he has.

Of course, Saul made an appearance and I loved that scene. You can never go wrong with Saul.

[EDIT] Dinner scene was awkward as hell.

Kids don't have their fingerprints in a police database. So, no.

Can't wait for next episode. Walt seems pretty damn proud that he's the famous Heisenberg. I love that.

Also, SAUL! Saul is awesome. I wouldn't call him a snappy dresser though.

True. lol, why didn't I know that? suicidal.gif

Do you guys think Todd kept the spider because he feels bad, or is it just a psychotic trophy to him?

^ Interesting... still though, I don't peg Todd as someone who kills because they like it. He had a good reason for what he did. He took the initiative, only he could have handled it differently. Todd just want to prove himself, and I think Walt respects that.

Now, how about some pics to lighten the mood?

Well, the upcoming episode is called Say My Name so I think this music video is fitting:

Seriously though, what do you think the title means? I think it means that Walt finally gets the position of power that he always wanted. In the preview, Mike's contact says, "You're Heisenberg?" and Walt replies, "You're damn right." I think we may finally see Walt become the KING in the upcoming episode.

I freaking loved Jesse's expressions during the dinner scene, especially after Skyler said "Did you also tell him about my affair?". He looked so uncomfortable lol.gif

Jesse had quite a bit of verbal diarrhea during that scene but it made for some funny moments, I guess he starts rambling when he's nervous although I've never really seen him do that before. That little bit he had about eating frozen food was pretty hilarious, why the f*ck is he still eating like a broke college kid when he's reasonably wealthy these days? And why does he continue to eat microwave dinners if they're consistently disappointing? Lmao

Everything was awkward since the beginning but that filled the glass...

And about Walter, is clearly that his story is not going to end well, that usually happens when you get greedy.

New GTA V Pics!! 1-11!!!

Err...wrong topic, lol. Just kidding.

I'm with GTA_King about this episode: It wasn't my fav, actually it's probably the "lamest" one yet. I mean, it's a good ep, but nothing that big happened and it was kinda slow at the beginning. But, ever since Jesse got to Walt's home it shined.

I totally dig that cliffhanger ending =D Breaking Bad, the show that leaves you with blue-balls every week.

Don't know what to think of Mike and Jesse wanting to get out of the business...I thought they'd be with Walt until the bitter end.

Can't wait for next week smile.gif

They are going to release 3 more screenshots!! Ouch, that again (but if you're like me, you'd as excited for GTA V as you are for BB)

Btw, I'm done watching previews of next episodes. They don't spoil much but totally ruin those scenes for me, since I already know what's going to happen there.

Yeah my heart sank as well when they disolved the "evidence"... can't get any darker than that right there.

Also was sad about Jesse wanting out... but hell, it was a great f*cking deal man, $5 mill each... come on man, any day of the week! But, we know how Walter is...

Oh hell yeah LOVED Walt's expression at the end... also in the scene where Skyler came home, his face was one big 'who gives a f*ck'.

Todd... ooh lawdy lawd... f*ck that retard weirdo. DID YOU SEE HIS EXPRESSION WHEN HE LOOKED @ THAT JAR? That just pissed me off, f*cking psychopath.

I'm worried about Skyler. Even more now i mean. What do y'all think her next move is gonna be? Seems like a deadly game of chess between those two...

You know, Saul might be how Hank will connect the dots. He knows that Saul is Jesse's lawyer. And now he's seen him defending Mike. Sure, lawyers have many clients, but both Jesse and Mike are involved with meth.

Can't stop listening to this song. You all know it.

Doesn't matter, Walt will be two steps ahead. The only moderate victory she's had so far is getting the kids out of the house and that hurt her as well. I swear I was like "DON'T YOU DO IT BITCH, GOD DAMN IT DON'T YOU DO IT!" when she was about to spill the beans to Marie but then came back down to her senses and realized her sister is not the one to be confiding in.

I really love how Jesse's character has turned from a self-centered asshole to a very psychologically developed human being. Just wow.

Yeah, but there you have it though. She really wanted to speak out... if Marie hadn't brought up Ted (how's he doing btw, lmao) she might just have been in that mindstate to just pour out. I'm telling you, Walt isn't 2 steps ahead of her, she is the biggest risk-factor in all of this.

All of a sudden this Jesse Pinkman she confronted like a year ago is sitting in her livingroom, that'll get the ball rolling i think.

Also, i expected Walt to get more out of that situation... like really tell her more about their operation. Instead it's all just one big slap in her face and that's how she will perceive it.
