Question, fellas. What's the exact reason for Gus murdering Victor?

 

Excuse my lack of comprehending skills, btw. 

 

E- sh*t, forgot to spoiler tag!

Two reasons as far as I see.

 

One is that he killed him because he failed to protect Gale.

And two is because he was acting without Gus' authority when he attempted to cook a batch of Walter's meth.

 

EDIT: Oh and a third is that he failed to kill Walter. Which is what Gus had instructed Victor to do right before all whole sh*t happened.

I've been binge-watching the show since last week and I finally just finished season 4. They obviously don't have 5 on Netflix yet, so I'm going fishing for streaming sites.

 

My favorite moments.

 

-When Walt and Jesse were being held by Tuco in that shack and Hector was getting pissed and making scowls at them. The f*cking bell was hilarious.

 

-When Walt ran down those two gangsters and proceeded to execute the surviving one on the spot. That blew my mind, I honestly didn't see it coming.

 

-When Skyler tells Walt she gave Ted most of their fortune and he proceeds to go insane with a laughing fit.

 

-When Hector blows himself up and takes Gus with him. I loved how he went out with a scowl and bell-spamming. Then Gus comes out of the room acting fine and then it shows his f*cking exposed skull.

 

-Probably my favorite moment in the series. The ending shot of the season 4 finale where it shows that Walt was the one who really poisoned the kid. I was curious why he was staring at the plant earlier, and then it turns into this huge deal.

 

There's one loose end though, and that's Mike. He was still alive when we last saw him...

I'm rewatching season 1 - 4. I still think the last episode of season 2 was one of the saddest moments. Where Walt finds Jesse in the crackhouse. Where you see all of junkies just floating around. Then you see Walt and Jesse embrace. The music and the words 'I killed her' was one of the saddest moments I've seen altogether.

Jesse's crying always gets to me. Especially in the episode "Madrigal" in s5. He almost killed Walt because of the ricin, and starts crying because he found out it wasn't him (he did poison Brock with Lily of the Valley, though). Jesse's crying really got to me in that scene... especially when Walt was trying to calm him down.

I agree too. Personally, I didn't like Jesse so much at first. But later on in the series, he grew on me and I liked his character. When he arrived at Gale's house and aimed his gun at him, that got to me definitely when Jesse began to cry. He didn't want to kill him, he wanted to get out of the mess he was currently in, and perhaps when Jesse invited the junkies to his house in which they slept and partied there was to get it off his mind. One of the most emotional scenes, I've ever seen on T.V..

Just found this on a comment on Youtube (potential 5B spoilers)

When Walt killed Crazy 8 he started cutting the crust off sandwiches as Crazy 8 did, then when he killed Gus he started to drive a Volvo and to act like him, then he killed Mike and started drinking the same drink as Mike. And at the beginning of the fifth season, it's his birthday and we see him in a restaurant having breakfast. He arranges the bacon so that it forms his age. He never did this by himself before, only Skyler did.

I understand the suggestion, but I don't believe it really confirms that Skyler dies/Is dead at that point.

He could have just had to leave his family and run away, so when we see him arranging the bacon, he could just be feeling alone and stuff, reminiscing about his past by doing it.
