eminem 2ka9
[DETAILS]: I'm using samp version 0.3d. I have a windows 7 dual core service pack 1 64bit with 4GB RAM 2.10 GHz and a decent enough processor. like pentium® 4 with express chipset family graphics processor. I Play sanandreas on all low quality and graphics and it runs really smoothly. I Haven't got any mods. I bought the game for $20. GTA sa version is 1.0 EU i think. i have the game running on admin and samp is running on windows 98/me compatibility mode. Ok, that should be enough detail. I Would be just there playing Sanandreas Online (SAMP) and all of a sudden the game crashes to the desktop. I Get a long error which i will show u in a moment. I already Un-installed my disk and installed it again and this was still occurring. The game would crash if i'm going fast with a person in my car, or if a person is at the back of my motor shooting at other players. Or if a lot of people are around, the game would lag like f*ck and eventually crash. This is beginning to get annoying now, because the only time when the game crashes is when i'm having fun. Once it crashes, i then feel like jumping off a building and sorting it altogether. Which i obviously wouldn't do that cuz there's a lot more to a game. But still IT f*ckS MY HEAD UP!!!! If you need any more details please reply i would be so glad to see your comment and hopefully resolve this matter. THANK YOU!
lil weasel
Your Game is V1? Which hasn't been available on disc since 2005? You are playing with the Original V1 disc in the drive?
TheNathanNS
A few questions...... Is your game V1? Did you download SA:MP from the official SA:MP website? Any mods?? Does your game crash in single player??
eminem 2ka9
No i bought the game only recently and patched it to v1.1 EU. The same thing happened even before patching. I Don't think Single Player does this. It maybe happened a few times when failing to install mods, but that's it. Could it maybe be that my PC has the minimum requirements and that these are the effects?
lil weasel
the Official Patch V1.01 is designed to Prevent the Game from being Modded. Which would explain why it failed when you tried to mod it. Current available discs are Version 2. Which aren't easily modded. An Official V1.01 patch isn't needed as the V2 already includes it. Are you playing with the Original purchased Game disc in the Drive? You may want to uninstall, clean out any remaining game files, and then reinstall the Game. Play it to be sure it works properly, and then if it does you may start reinstalling other mods one at a time to be sure it still works by playing the game before you try to install the next mod. NOTE: any change of the programming of the game IS a MOD. Edited January 4, 2012 by lil weasel
