Lethal Vaccine
@fnxrak, you should try the Rampages on Mobile. No Keyboard aloud, just Touch Screens. Some of them are crazy and don't even work right. I just passed the M-16 Diablos Rampage in Portland. Took 20 tries. When you aim and lets say you want to turn around 180 degrees, it takes 10 seconds real life time to actually turn Claude around while he is aiming. Meanwhile, they are shooting at you with Pistols and batting you to death with Baseball Bat. Mobile is pathetic. It really is. Â I couldn't even make a Taxi DP yesterday. Had to do 100 Taxi Fares the good ol' fashion way with NO DP Taxi. I used a DP Taxi on PS2 due to sheer fun with smashing people off the road while I completed the 100 Taxi Fares instead of going to the Pay and Spray every 20 or so Fares due to low Vehicle health. Â Currently I am working on Rampages now. I finished all 6 in Portland, and all 7 in SI. Now for the last 7 in SSV. I am 51% in the Starter Save. Just need to do these Rampages and them I am done. As usual, I do NOT bring the Dodo to Portland early and I do NOT get the Hidden Package on the SSV Lift Bridge. 51 or 52% is at best I can do because of these things. I can't reach 53% in a Starter Save due to the wingless piece of sh*t called a Plane. Edited June 8, 2015 by Militia

Lethal Vaccine
Well, I tried it on PS2 and it was impossible, and that is an easy playthrough for me. Mobile will probably be even worse, lol... Â I will give it a try soon, though. I have ONE Rampage left...M-16 Headshot Only on Purple Nines...I hate this one...Even on PS2 I find it impossible, basically. Takes so many tries and luck...I am surprised I was able to even do all of this on Mobile for III. Took only a few days longer compared to doing it on PS2. I thought certain things could never be done due to poor controls, but I was wrong. It's not THAT bad, actually. Looking forward to Vice City after I finish III in the next week or so... Â EDIT: Yes!!!!! 20/20 Rampages done on iOS! Â Only thing missing in my Starter Save now is 1 Hidden Package and to get the Dodo, Enforcer, and Barracks OL for Import/Export and I got 53%... Lethal Vaccine
I give up. I won't get the last Hidden Package or the Dodo for Import/Export. So I am officially done with my Starter Save for Mobile. Tomorrow and onward, I will be doing the Story Missions now and obtaining the Special Vehicles and finishing the game off to 100%. After that, I will do a VC Mobile Starter Save and then finish that off to 100%. Then I finished ALL Mobile GTA's to 100%, Perfect Stats, and a Special Vehicle Collection in each! thehambone
Lethal Vaccine
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Â I got the BP/EP/FP Cheetah in Mobile early on while I am in Portland. I used the method jam8tone uses with a Rhino Tank and waiting by the Safehouse for the Cheetah's to come around and them drive into one, explode it, and wait until Mission Failed comes up, then push it into the Garage. I did EXACTLY this, but NO Tank, obviously. I used a Fire Truck instead of simply knocked it on it's back, the Cheetah is also TP before you store it, so when I knocked it on its back, it just stayed there and I slowly pushed it toward the Garage, waited to get Mission Failed, pushed it in, and it renewed itself and now I have a BP/EP/FP Cheetah sitting in my Portland Garage. I will take it to SSV early. Can't wait to make it DP using a Mission later on... thehambone

Lethal Vaccine
I am close to finishing this up once and for all on iOS! I am 94% Completion, 0 Deaths/Busted/Cheats, and 13 Special Vehicles. I just need to pass "The Exchange" and also bring the Tank for Import/Export. Then I am done... Â Unfortunately making ALL possible Special Vehicles DP with the Crusher is very, very, very tricky on Mobile and requires careful planning. But since (as I believe) I am the first person to do this on Mobile Versions, I still did excellent. I have the same 6 Mission Failures like my PS2 Save. Everything is the EXACT same, other than Special Vehicles. Â In PS2, I had the EC Securicar in my collection, but in this Save, I didn't get it and instead got the EC Cheetah. In PS2, EVERY possible Special Vehicle which could be converted was. But in Mobile, every one was converted except 4. The BP Barracks OL, EC Cheetah, EC Stinger, and EC Infernus. But on PS2, I have all of those DP, so I am not worried. Â Next up VC iOS Starter Save, then to finish that on iOS to 100% with all the Special Vehicles from my PS2 Save! Â EDIT: Done! 100%....Again. Le sigh) -BP/FP Securicar (same as above) -BP/DP Patriot So far I only got the DP/EC Kuruma at SV... Lethal Vaccine
Only 9? Why does everybody not go for all 13?! For the record, I was able to glitch ALL Portland Special Vehicles underground and got them ALL to SSV early. Â You can get the DP/EC Kuruma, BP/FP Securicar, Unique/EC Corpse Manana, AP/EC Stretch, AP Cheetah, and BP/FP Trashmaster all in Portland and glitch them all to SI/SSV early. I did that in my Mobile Save. For PS2, I waited until after 100% to get that Cheetah. I also didn't glitch the Trashmaster to SI early. Instead, I passed the last 4 Portland Missions while leaving it in memory. As for the Stretch, I also just left it in Portland until SSV was officially unlocked and put it there. Just look at my Photos for my Mobile Save. You can see how to park the Vehicles inside the Garages to make them all fit. Idk why people are "afraid" to get all 13. 1 fits in Portland, 6 fits in SI, and 6 fits in SSV...Piece of cake, really.

Lethal Vaccine
13 in III, 26/27 (iOS/PS2) in VC, 46/28 (PS2/Mobile) in SA, 72 in LCS, 36 in VCS, 10 in IV, 15 in TLaD, 16 in TBoGT, 14 in CTW, and 26 in V. I always fill absolute capacity except for SA. It's the ONLY GTA, basically. But between both the PS2 and Mobile Save, I already have them all. How many times do I need to tell you? Lol... Â Plus, read my Mobile SA 100% Topic in the OP. It states that I was going for the BEST in my PS2 Save and all the "extras" in my Mobile Save. The extras are the "leftovers." In other words, the less important ones to me. That's why I didn't get them in PS2 as they aren't even that good. I only care for the AP Sultan, DP/EP/FP/MP Police, and EP/FP/EC Mutant BF-400 in my Mobile Save, yet, I have 28 not just those 3. EC's, EC2's, etc don't interest me that much and I don't burn Garage Space with useless stuff... Â Also, this is a III Special Vehicle Guide. Why do you bring up other Games. Nobody cares about SA. I asked him why only 9 when 13 fit? Just like the other guy's Special Vehicle 100% Save, where he only has 6 or so Special Vehicles. Idk why people don't get all 13. Afterall, they are piss easy to get... Edited June 24, 2015 by Militia

Lethal Vaccine
Getting the Trashmaster underground is the hardest of the lot in Portland. It likes to fall off the underground platform into Blue Hell. You need it to land perfectly, then get out of it and use Claude's body to push it in the direction it needs to be going, then get back into it and drive it to SI. I did it on Mobile first try, but it was luck cuz I tried this on PS2 and I didn't succeed even after 15 tries or so. However, on Mobile, PC, or Console, you can leave the Trashmaster in memory. You fail Blow Fish to obtain it, then you run on foot and ONLY use the Trashmaster for the final 4 Portland Story Missions. So when you pass them, the Callahan Bridge will be fixed and you can easily drive the Trashmaster to SI and put it in the Garage. I do this on PS2, but on Mobile, I glitched it underground and first try like I said. Idk how I was that lucky as usually it's a bitch... Â Yeah, the EC Stinger, EC Cheetah, and EC Infernus can be obtained ALL AT THE SAME TIME with only 1 Mission Attempt extra, instead of 3. Careful planning is needed for sure. Do NOT kill Kenji and do Waka-Gashira Wipeout before you finish off the Kenji Missions, though. For instance, when I did my Mobile playthrough the other week for III, I did UP TO W-G W but didn't do the Mission. I had to leave "Grand Theft Auto" for later after I got the BP Barracks OL and the AP Bobcat. The Bobcat needs an "empty" Garage, or at least only 1 or 2 inside there to obtain it easier. If the Garage is packed, you won't be able to push it in and it might vanish and it's tricky to obtain the way it is. So when you tip it over in Evidence Dash, you NEED to obtain it that attempt or you will be very pissed. I suggest using the BP/DP Barracks OL to tip it over and then push back to a Safehouse, so if you played your cards right, you should ONLY have the BP/FP Trashmaster in SI and be using the BP/DP Barracks OL from SI Garage to obtain the BP/EP/FP Bobcat. "Grand Theft Auto" is open BEFORE Evidence Dash, but like I said, you can skip the Kenji Missions but do NOT do any of the Donald Love Missions, which after completing W-G W, you will disable Kenji Missions forever. The Kenji strand is where "Grand Theft Auto" is from for the EC Stinger, Infernus, and Cheetah. Â When it comes to III, most people who collect and get 13, have the SAME 13, but sometimes 1 different one instead. For instance in PS2, I have an EC Securicar, but in Mobile, I have an EC Cheetah. The other 12 I got are the same on both PS2 and Mobile, though, with only 1 Vehicle difference in both Save Files. Same Stats, too, with only 6 Mission Failures for 6 Special Vehicles. If you're playing Console or PC (NOT MOBILE) you can even pass Turismo and obtain the AP Cheetah at the same time. In Mobile, it's impossible due to the fact the Crusher is very limited and can't just make any DP Vehicle any time you want, like Console and PC. Mobile Version is terrible... Lethal Vaccine
Can't have that setup in SI...I suggest really looking at my Mobile Photos cuz you won't have them fit like that in SI. DragonpokeZ
Fixed the layout, thanks @Militia  Damn that Securicar... It took three grueling tries to get, but it's finally mine! Lethal Vaccine
@Dragon, the Trashmaster, Barracks OL, and Stretch WILL NOT FIT inside SI. Those 3 are no go. Lethal Vaccine
You should take it to SSV. The Stretch should be in there from the start when you get it or left in Portland. If it's in SI, you should glitch to SI and drive it to SSV since the Porter Tunnel is still open. If you legit unlock SI, then the Porter Tunnel will NOT be able to be used to get that Stretch to SSV until later, which then you are already f*cked for when the Bobcat comes up, one of the BEST Special Vehicles in III. I told you already that you can't have SI filled with tons of big Vehicles when trying to push it in. Won't work. By the time that Bobcat comes up, now you will have a Trashmaster, Barracks OL, Rumpo (if you don't get it to SSV early again), Stretch, and how do you suppose you will fit a Bobcat that needs to be pushed into the Garage? It's not gonna happen. Â I warned you already about this stuff. Your loss I guess, not mine... Â I mean, just look at the Photos...The iOS Photo, which is mine can't even fit a f*cking hair into that Garage. It's packed to the limits. Not even a hair will fit inside there. Same for the iOS Photo of SSV. It's PACKED. You can't fit even a piece of hair more into that one, either. If you want 13, it's only done one way... Â Well, the Trashmaster is easy to "obtain," but not easy to fully obtain right after Blow Fish glitching it underground. It's easier to leave it in memory with the driver side door left open for "Blow Fish," "Bomb da Base Act I and II," and "Last Requests." Then you run on foot back to Portland after Last Requests to fetch the Trashmaster where you left it. jam8tone has a great Video on how to leave it in memory since nobody else does it like that. I find it the easier of the only 2 Methods to get it. But suit yourself! Â GTA III is a game you need to literally think about before doing it. Certain Missions need to be done at certain times. Certain Special Vehicles require a certain way of storing them, etc, etc. It's not that easy. I am actually probably the first one, or at least the first one in the world who is sharing his Mobile Save with all 13. People struggle with this on PC and Console, let alone Mobile, and I did it. It's not hard for me, but others never want to think it out... Edited June 25, 2015 by Militia DragonpokeZ
