Lethal Vaccine

I always leave it right at the Docks in Portland and then run across Callahan Bridge back to the Docks and it's always there. The Video from jam8tone is the PC Version I believe and his Trashmaster doesn't disappear. Mine doesn't on PS2, either. Never tried it on Mobile with leaving it in memory, but that probably works, too, since you can leave the doors of Vehicles open, unlike SA Mobile.

LOL it's annoying

I leave the Trashmaster parked there with door open then I go just across the street to get a Koruma and Trashmaster was GONE

Now I really wonde rif the Trashmaster is really worth the effort since the Securicar has same proofing and is faster and better handling...

LOL 2

since my Trashmaster vanished before I even got into the marker I decided to do a small experiment !!!

I parked two vehicles at that spot both with door open !! guess what when i returned the one which was 2nd in the list stayed there and the last one I used VANISHED , same issue I noticed in the harbour sniping mission

so if this is true you actually have used a different vehicle at the final marker

EDIT couldn't try it with Trashmaster, I just parked it then a taxi near it I runned a bit towards the marker , looked back and Trashmaster vanished !!!

Dude....You aren't supposed to drive anything else other than the Boat in "Last Requests" and the Trashmaster to the near by Mission markers for Blow Fish, Bomb da Base Act 1 and 2, and Last Requests.

If you are driving other Vehicles, you deserve to have it deleted as the game only has 1 Vehicle left in memory at all times...

usually the way I go around

get Trashmaster , then go with it and do blow fish, jack a truck from the compound , get next mission, drive to the bomb shop, original Trashmaster STILL there all the time

use the the Triads truck to do the boat mission , that dissappears after cutscene , get another vehicle (usually Cartel Cruiser) to pick up the Trashmaster at bomb shop , drive it to get the mission last requests , then when I park it at the dock it's when it vanishes

I really don't understand it holds up all thru those missions yet it vanished right under your eyes at the very final part

Cuz the Boat you drive in Final Requests counts as a Vehicle driven...It's common sense, really.

You are not supposed to ride anything that isn't the Trashmaster, except during 'Blow Fish' (you ride a rigged Trashmaster) and 'Last Requests (you ride a boat, but you should RUN back to Portland thru the Callahan Bridge). You deserve to have your dustcart banish for being lazy

Also... I'm almost done collecting the special vehicles! I just need the CP Cheetah. Cars have been arranged as such:

Portland: CP Bobcat

Staunton: BP/FP/Bomb-laden Trashmaster, BP/DP Barracks OL, DP/EC Stinger, Cheetah, and Infernus (Stinger is my favorite :D), and BP/DP Patriot which was placed on top of the three previous cars

Shoreside: BP/FP Securicar, CP/EC Stretch, DP/EC Kuruma, Unique Corpse Manana, DP/EC Rumpo, and next up CP Cheetah. The Bobcat proved to be a total bitch, even with a BP/DP Barracks OL. The Trashmaster also wasn't fun either. And we'll see about the Cheetah, the last challenge left...

Pretty good!

On Mobile, the night before obtaining the Bobcat, I thought I wasn't gonna be able to get it on Mobile. Then the next morning, I tried it and got it first try. Must be due to luck. In PS2 the first time I got it, it took a good 5-6 hours of reloading and retrying. Then on my current PS2 Save, I again got it first try. It really just depends on luck. I also never use the BP/DP Barracks OL. I only ever use a Fire Truck. Cheetah is piss easy to obtain if you fail the Mission while using a Rhino Tank. It was even for me early on with only Portland officially unlocked using a Fire Truck on Mobile. But you should move the Bobcat to SSV and have Portland free to push the wreck of the Cheetah into the Garage.

That's a good idea for layout as well. I'm gonna need a Rhino though. Starting a 6-* Rampage and fetching it ain't gonna be too hard thanks to the bribes in the safehouses though...

........EV Crane? I literally get the Cheetah AFTER I hit 100% on PS2. I have 6 in SI and 6 in SSV and 0 in Portland. Then I load my game up at Portland, go get the Tank from the Crane which is required for 100% anyways. Also after "The Exchange" the one in Phil's Army Base or whatever it's called is unlocked in SI. That is the one I steal and bring it to the Crane for 100% Completion. After I load my game up and get the Tank, I go to the El Burro Pay Phone and activate Turismo. Then drive to the Race and start it. Then I turn around and drive back to my Safehouse and wait 100 seconds or so until the Cheetah's come around and then I run into one and it destroys in my hideout area. Then I line the Rhino up with the Cheetah and the Garage to push it in, WHILE I WAIT until the Mission Fails. If you push it in before you fail the Mission, it will disappear.

Yea, I need a tank for the EVC, so I still need to steal one. Besides, I wanna be done with this quest and then wrap up the storyline, just like SA

You can steal one from the Army Base in SI, though. Don't even need to get a wanted level at all. You just steal it and drive it to Portland Docks. But the doors are locked until after The Exchange. But if you think getting a 6 star wanted level every attempt you try is worth it, then go right ahead, but that is probably the LEAST efficient way of doing it, but suit yourself.

I tried just using the Trashmaster, it vanishes after the ship sinking cutscene, seems every vehicle I arrive to vanishes after that cutscene

Did you watch where jam8tone leaves the Trashmaster? You must leave it in memory back at 8 Ball's place and run on foot all the way to the Portland Docks. Then after Bomb da Base Act II, you run on foot back to 8 Ball's House by the Bomb Shop and get back into your Trashmaster...

@Militia I'm not gonna get 6 stars everytime. I'm gonna get 6 stars once, get a Tank then, and bring it to the crane so I can get more at my leisure later on

ahh thanks ,

you know I did gather nearly all Vice City and San Andreas unique vehicles and the Trashmaster here turns out to be a top 5 difficulty one to KEEP , not obtain ... :p only harder perhaps was the Tanker trailer in San Andreas (using all those glitches to get it to Verdant garage and the all proof Merit in 555 we tip )

You can get the BP Tanker and AP Tanker Trailer at the same time and just drive it to Doherty since once The Country is unlocked, so is San Fierro. You don't get a wanted level when you go there anymore. Hell, Doherty is useable at the start of a new game, even...

AP Merit is piss easy. No idea how you find that actually difficult.

I have 74 Special Vehicles in SA across 2 Save Files. PS2 has 46 and Mobile has 28. I literally obtained every single one in SA that is worth my time except 1, the AP Fire Truck from EotL. I doubt you collected them all in SA, anyways, since there isn't even enough room to obtain all that exist in that game...

Anyways, just because you think the Trashmaster is a problem doesn't mean others think it is. I can do that in my sleep. Those Missions to pass in III are piss easy and I am not dumb to drive other Vehicles, thus mine NEVER disappears. III is so easy, lol...

As for VC, I also collected all 27 on PS2 and all 26 on iOS. Again, all my Saves are posted to this Forum. Even III for PS2 and iOS.

LOL not of us are that hardcore GTA players

I found the Merit difficult to blow it up in garage without raising a wanted level cos that's mission failure before it's distroyed and loses its abilities

Doherty is full of cops so I finally managed by bringing the Merit in a remote place kick it with paraschute bug until black smoke comes and then drive it to another more remote garage to kick it just a bit and finally keep it

If it's that bad then rig it with a car bomb. Takes way longer but helps practice for the Photo Opportunity AP Savanna lol

Exactly true. You can even just tip it over with a Forklift and/or a ledge that will tip the car over. There is a ledge right by Doherty where you can flip it. Fail the mission, then just push the wreck into the Garage which is right next to the ledge. Cops don't shoot CJ with a parachute equipped, btw. Only if it's 2 stars of more and if you have 2 stars or more during 555 We Tip, then you're probably doing something wrong :p

Nice. Is the Save 100% yet, though? What is the Mission Stats and Deaths/Busted/Cheats/Mods?

100%, Perfect Stats, 13 Special Vehicles + All Converted > Not 100%, Not Perfect Stats, 13 Special Vehicles + All Converted.

Mine is the second one lol. I need a few storyline missions (Rigged To Blow, Bullion Run, Rumble, Expresso-2-Go, SAM, and The Exchange) and I've been wasted 100+ times already. So that's why I'm only posting screenshots

I did what I could xD There's even a little part of the Rumpo that sticks out, and sometimes when i open the garage door for SSV the Securicar just flips thru the ground and I gotta reload :(
