ONEkingscar
I know that GTA 3 era is not at all related to the IV era in terms of story, but i read that R* stated that the reason for that is there are 3 universes. The 2D universe consisting of GTA 1 and 2.The 3D universe consisting of GTA 3,VC,SA,LCS,and VCS.The HD universe consisting of GTA IV and possibly GTA V.But after hearing this I found that this statement contradicts the story in the 3D universe because GTA Advance, a 2D game directly relates to the story in the 3D universe,GTA 3.Therefore if this is how R* interprets the GTA universes then that means (and I don't believe they will show) according to their theory,3D universe characters like CJ and Tommy Vercetti can show up in the HD universe. I just thought this was interesting to point out. PS. I am sorry if this has been discussed before but I used the search and didn't find any post like this. universetwisters
Picture it this way: GTA 1 & 2 era going into era 3 "DAMNIT NEW TECHNOLOGY NEVER GOING BACK." GTA 3 era going into era 4 "DAMNIT NEW TECHNOLOGY NEVER GOING BACK." GTA 4 era going into era 5 "DAMNIT SLIGHTLY BETTER TECHNOLOGY RETURNING A FEW TIMES" hope this explained the technical side of your question. after all, i would hate to see mike, protagonist of gta advance, to be remade in 3d, given how useless he was plus, the gameboy advance had a bunch of technical limitations, so a fully 3d game would be impossible -Edit- We don't appreciate users posting images of this nature to describe a post, it's classed as spam. -XTREME0235.
