Tomoz1123
I have a problem. No matter what version of IV I run, be it 1.0.1.0 or 1.0.7.0, I get the same results. The Pedestrian Mod is something I've sought after since I saw GTA IV on PC, I only got a PC capable of running IV this Chistmas, and the first thing I did was get to work trying to mod it. Other mods run fine, 1st person view, Simple Trainer etc. I downloaded 2 different versions of the Ped Mod, the first one I downloaded was the one on this site, which runs, I press F11 which is smoke a fag, Niko does it, but as soon as he finishes the fag, IV crashes. The 2nd version I got from another site, the game loads, I press F11 and I get: "Error in script: _haxWorks's_PedestrianMod!" The scripthookdotnet log says something along the lines of GTA3 Vector or something, I forgot to save the results. I replaced the one that won't even load with the one that makes it crash to see what the error is, and this is the result: 2012-01-01 20:57:27 - Initializing ScriptHookDotNet v1.7.1.7 BETA (on GTA IV version 1.0.7.0 with C++ Hook version 0.5.1)2012-01-01 20:58:24 - Direct3D device created! 2012-01-01 20:58:25 - SEARCHING FOR SCRIPTS... 2012-01-01 20:58:25 - Loading scripts in Assembly 'scripts\PedestrianMod.net.dll' ... 2012-01-01 20:58:25 - ...found script '_haxWorks.PedestrianMod'! 2012-01-01 20:58:25 - DONE! 1 valid scripts found! 2012-01-01 20:58:25 - STARTING SCRIPTS... 2012-01-01 20:58:25 - INFO: Phone number checks are not available! 2012-01-01 20:58:25 - ...successfully started script '_haxWorks.PedestrianMod'! 2012-01-01 20:59:09 - Unhandled Exception: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> GTA.NonExistingObjectException: Invalid call to an object that doesn't exist anymore! at GTA.Object.Detach() at _haxWorks.PedestrianMod.DropAFag() --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at System.RuntimeMethodHandle._InvokeMethodFast(IRuntimeMethodInfo method, Object target, Object[] arguments, SignatureStruct& sig, MethodAttributes methodAttributes, RuntimeType typeOwner) at System.RuntimeMethodHandle.InvokeMethodFast(IRuntimeMethodInfo method, Object target, Object[] arguments, Signature sig, MethodAttributes methodAttributes, RuntimeType typeOwner) at System.Reflection.RuntimeMethodInfo.Invoke(Object obj, BindingFlags invokeAttr, Binder binder, Object[] parameters, CultureInfo culture, Boolean skipVisibilityChecks) at System.Delegate.DynamicInvokeImpl(Object[] args) at _haxWorks.TimeoutInvoker.Execute() at System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart_Context(Object state) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state, Boolean ignoreSyncCtx) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state) at System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart() 2012-01-01 20:59:09 - CRASH! 2012-01-01 20:59:09 - Unhandled Exception: System.Runtime.Serialization.SerializationException: Type 'GTA.NonExistingObjectException' in Assembly 'ScriptHookDotNet, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' is not marked as serializable. at System.Runtime.Serialization.Formatters.Binary.WriteObjectInfo.InitSerialize(Object obj, ISurrogateSelector surrogateSelector, StreamingContext context, SerObjectInfoInit serObjectInfoInit, IFormatterConverter converter, ObjectWriter objectWriter, SerializationBinder binder) at System.Runtime.Serialization.Formatters.Binary.ObjectWriter.Write(WriteObjectInfo objectInfo, NameInfo memberNameInfo, NameInfo typeNameInfo) at System.Runtime.Serialization.Formatters.Binary.ObjectWriter.Serialize(Object graph, Header[] inHeaders, __BinaryWriter serWriter, Boolean fCheck) at System.Runtime.Serialization.Formatters.Binary.BinaryFormatter.Serialize(Stream serializationStream, Object graph, Header[] headers, Boolean fCheck) at System.Runtime.Remoting.Channels.CrossAppDomainSerializer.SerializeObject(Object obj, MemoryStream stm) at System.AppDomain.Serialize(Object o) at System.AppDomain.MarshalObject(Object o) 2012-01-01 20:59:09 - CRASH! LMS
The mod is outdated and doesn't work properly with the latest ScriptHookDotNet releases. You can try to use this ScriptHookDotNet release along with GTA IV Patch #4.
