In the case of Agent, the console was announced before the title was. Sony announced that Rockstar North was working on an exclusive title for PS3 in 2007. In 2009 Sony announced the title and 1970s Cold War espionage setting. In 2011 the head of Sony video games seemed to say that Agent is not necessarily exclusive, which most people interpreted to mean it's definitely not exclusive because he should know. By your thoughts the game won't be out in any system, there is no logo for anything not even PC. The thing is though, would Rockstar choose to do something like that? I'd personally prefer that they do the usual approach and release V on all major console platforms and then later on release a side-game for the handhelds.
