I don't think 4's water was a texture, but yeah I kind of agree with you.' I doubt it. that would be a dope setup, no doubt. if some of these were simply available, and we could have one or two jetskis in tow, that could be fun. a battery of Anti Aircraft Missiles would be necessary though in Free Mode. I wonder if R* can make possible surfing. Even water skiing could be fun, and it could be turned into a team effort mini game... as long as we could fire a weapon with one hand while skiing, of course...
