He left a message saying: "Obviously the greedy c*nts at Cockstar will be paid by Microsoft to not only include multiplayer, but to improve it on Xbox Live. Dick Valor Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 I couldn't care less about competitive modes (I much prefer CoD for deathmatch-type games). They should still be included for fans who want them, though. That said, I'd like as many of V's MP features to be integrated into Free Roam as possible (such as gang wars, hunting, etc.). Also, Free Roam and said competitive modes should have Hardcore versions disabling auto-aim like RDR. Not Hardcore versions again, why not just let people choose what they want in the session like GTA IV. Free mode is the same thing as deathmatch but with no limit. What? How can Free Mode be Deathmatch? In Free Mode I have fun with friends doing many silly things or I show random noobs the city or discover bugs glitches and many other things, I dont kill anyone in Free Mode, I usualy play with Friendly Fire Off, so how the f*ck it can be Deathmatch? Red Dead Redemption multiplayer was out of this world, especially with the size, Rockstar did crappy on the multiplayer because they didnt use a beta to get feedback or anything, but Red Dead Redemption had an advanced leveling up system and everything, better unlocks, etc. All GTA IV has is that annoying rank system that takes 2 hours to go up a single level, and even then, you get like 2 pieces of clothing for leveling up, so i doubt GTA V multiplayer will be as annoying, Dan Houser even said something about multiplayer in the press release, so i doubt theyd just do co-op, but that still would be cool, id love to run around and have airplane fights and crash into buildings and crap after going bowling, but they need to make it 4 player co-op, like, not like free roam, but to the point where you can complete missions with the player playing the protagonist, say you call up a friend in-game, thats where one of your buddies comes in and plays as that friend, and considering some of the cars in the game are 4-door, you can call up 2 other friends to go with you and then your friends can play as those characters, that would be REAL sandbox gameplay. Why would you like Rockstar to be lazy like sh*tty Volition with SR 3? The mp modes in vanilla gta IV were great.. sadly there are not many people around still playing the better modes like mafiya work :-( i agree with you man i think there are not alot of people playing online beacuse Gta iv is 4 years old or maybe everyones playing on private game servers. still it's very sad because there's only people in free roam and team deathmatch and not in other game modes ( the good old times are slowly dying) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you actually have to unlock weapons then I will be very disappointed, they need to keep it like GTA IV where you have to find weapons, unlocking weapons was stupid and made leveling up in RDR a chore not something fun.
