Legendary912
I've just found this.. A conversation with a Rockstar employee about GTA V very interesting insight into the game with inside info. Link to the video -
ziggymank
Fake. The R* "employee" said the entire area where L.S. is placed is NOT called San Andreas, which is false, because the state on the license plate is CLEARLY San Andreas.
-Bruce-
Fake. The R* "employee" said the entire area where L.S. is placed is NOT called San Andreas, which is false, because the state on the license plate is CLEARLY San Andreas. Ah shut the f*ck up. Ofc it's not SA in that perspective. SA is just the states name, and maybe the game isn't situated in all of the state which seems plausible. Capricornus
Fake. The R* "employee" said the entire area where L.S. is placed is NOT called San Andreas, which is false, because the state on the license plate is CLEARLY San Andreas. Well, the State is always indicated on a License Plate, not the city. I live in Old Bridge, New Jersey, but my license plate says "New Jersey" and not "Old Bridge". I fail to see why you idiots make these simple things so hard to understand. As far as the topic goes, pretty interesting to say the least. I didn't mean that it will take place in the WHOLE of San Andreas. What I'm talking about is when the guy asked the "employee" if the map was San Andreas. He said "No, we haven't given it a name" and that it was just the landmass of Southern California. BUT, the license plates show San An-f*cking-dreas. That is ALL I meant. If you misunderstand someone or disagree with someone you don't say "Ah shut the f*ck up". You sir, are a dumb c*nt. I guess you misunderstood me, but there was NO reason to be a dick. I know that the license plate indicates the state, which is WHY it would have been idiotic for a Rockstar employee to say that they "didn't name" the landmass/state that the city is located in when it's obviously right there in front of your face on the license plates. Jesus christ.
KanapkaPoland
Hahah. Alright, seems legit. I believe in it. But it tells us nothing basically. Just the things we knew before - map is huge, animals are going to be, no III era characters.

I've stared at it even with glasses on, and I can't claim what you claim, it's not SAN ANDREAS for sure, unless you can prove to me otherwise

nocunoct
I can't tell if it's fake or not. If it was fake, then the employee would have revealed sh*t about character names, all the locations, multiple characters... those things. The employee was kinda secretive on facts. Yet it's still very hard to get that info, and that makes it a little hard to believe. For now I see it as "innocent until proven guilty".
The GTA Guy
Gotta be fake.. Why would Rockstar employee answer questions like that? They have never leaked anything into internet and now some random clown calls them and they just answer questions? Right.. I go call my friend and we pretend that he's R* employee.. I'd get famous atleast.

Jewstinian
Seems legit. However, when he talks about animals he claims that animals could be in the game? Its possible.
Ispintechno
Awesome! If real, sounds like animals and extra cities are in! Animals confirmed, extra cities plausible. Once again, the word HUGE. Sounds to me like its even possible the map crosses out of San Andreas, which makes good sense for anything Vegas like, or Roswell, or even Mexico for that matter. The Bigfoot question is a joke, but why not mention Niko or other GTA IV characters? I would have, basically a cross-referenced appearance Anyway, if you screen capped the license plate to PROVE to me and everyone beyond a shadow of a doubt, put it in the thread, man! I'm saying back up your claim, because it's anything but clearly visible

Slamman
Seems legit. However, when he talks about animals he claims that animals could be in the game? Its possible. I'd say they knew each other somehow, since he's on a FIRST NAME basis, "Michael" (not Hollick?!!? haha) We know animals are in the game, idiota, just watch the trailer again, note the dog!?? As for what was revealed hint wise, it sounds to me like this was or may have been dated, and not as new, since the game sounds in development stage at this point, sounds like it's far from complete, basically
The Notorious MOB
Who are the two parties in this conversation? Are they significant people or just two randomers? i.e are is the "Rockstar Employee" somebody we might know?
NikoGTA4
The two guys sound the same. That's clearly fake. Sometimes Michael answers the question really fast, just after he asked them. I mean, there should be a delay...

Slamman
The guy hosting the YT video is the man making the call, if you read the YT channel postings, he's worried Rockstar will see his upload and take it down Here's a better view of the License plates, so yeah, same State and Los Santos, I'll agree to that, and didn't deny it, but I believe it won't replicate the known locations as we've seen new things already in the trailer! Evidenced more clearly then the car plates I found this from that forum's thread, compare just the infamous Vinewood sign of yesteryear to the new location, we know the map is being re-visioned for sure! No question about this San An Edited December 30, 2011 by Slamman
