Requesters: The requests will be added to the 'to do list' and it will not be removed till the review is done. This reduces double requests because the request will not be forgotten. But this time, this is a good idea. First, I saw this as a really useless topic. It is that a bit too, no offense. There is already the main topic. But, looks like most people like the idea. It doesn't matter, as alot of the reviewers and commentators are inactive anyway. So it doesn't really matter.
