Anyway, I've been reading Geoff Keighley's twitter for a decent ten minutes, and I'm pretty sure it's something to do with Hideo Kojima. He tweeted this on the 30th of November. @kojima_hideo I hope preparations are going well this week. I mean if it is this title that will be the shocking, why not just say it's the last of us? since we already know it will be a PS3 exclusive? I mean it's not like they are allowed to only show 1 exclusive game at VGA. We have no idea if they mean this or something else, and since Halo is in the video, I think it's something from Bungie. You are claiming as if it is fact that the surprise PS3 exclusive is The Last of Us. However, I don't think the PS3 exclusive is GTA V. All my logical thinking says it isn't very probable, but that doesn't mean that it isn't possible. And as I've said, there is nothing at the time being that proves that it's not GTA V. Why would you think that the big exclusive PS3 game is not codename: The Last Of Us? I will bet! If it is GTAV as the big PS3 reveal, I will send you my copy of GTAV when it is released, system of your choosing. So lets make it interesting. You can clearly see it is not GTAV! If I win, that it is not GTAV, you have to use a Barbie Avatar until GTAV is released. I am not saying that GTAV will not make an appearance at the VGAs, just that it is not the "Big exclusive you wont believe" If you win, I swear to God I will send you (Dale Nixon or Grinch ass bitch) a copy of the game. They have been pretty quiet since they broke off from Microsoft and it would be very surprising to see them go PS3 exclusive after 10 years of Xbox exclusives. I mean they made Halo , Microsoft's crown jewel. If they went PS3 exclusive that would be a big ass deal. A new Marathon game maybe ? I don't think Microsoft owns that series like Halo. GTA V will be multiplatform, maybe even a launch title for PS4 and Xbox3 as the platforms haven't been announced yet. Geoff Keighley could be hyping the VGA reveal up while we already know that it might be The Last of Us. The more I watch the trailer the more I get the idea and feeling it might be loosely based on AMC's "The Walking Dead". The narrator in the video sounds like the voice of Andrew Lincoln. The pictures in the teaser look like the "Outbreak Panic" that we missed in the comics and TV-series of "The Walking Dead". As there is no game based on The Walking Dead yet (Dead Island was sort of mentioned as a game inspired by the comic) this could truly be the story of the "virus" or, as seen in the teaser with the ant, the "parasite" outbreak that is lethal for the human population that we did not see in the comic or the TV-Series. Apparently I'm not the only one who noticed the probable relationship to the Walking Dead series. I don't think the Last of Us is a Walking Dead game, it might be inspired by it. Too bad, I'm dying for a game concerning the timespan of the "News of new infection of human to human, scientific explanation - Infection goes global - Epidemic scale outbreak - Riots/Panic and Martial Law - Fall of governments and society - End of society, Last of mankind struggle to survive". I surely miss the whole "road to downfall" in the comics and series, we only see the aftermath in the series. If it is playstation exclusive which I really hope not. That since its gta everbody will diff try to go out and buy a ps3 it if comes to it. This are the MOST populair consoles for playing games like this. If you look to the stats: For the people who buy a GTA, it's 33% for each console so 33% PS3; 33% PC; 33% Xbox360.
