They have promised a title yeah, but Agent is not dead, it's very much alive, but it's just that Rockstar is working on GTA and Max Payne.

Agent is still alive. I did hear in the gaming grapevine that production was passed onto R*San Diego after R*North started work on it (a bit like how RDR had both studios working on it)

They have in the past. One thing's for sure a large and massively successful third party developer has certainly ditched some of their fanbase with whatever this is.

Well lately SONY been using some lame and ridiculous ideas, one of them was their "features" in PS VITA that are pissing of people that pre-ordered it ... making GTAV exclusive to a console that should be replaced soon would be stupid, only idiots would buy a PS3 to play the game.
