Algonquin Assassin
Cruising down Ocean Beach on a Freeway on a clear and beautiful night with tunes from Emotion 98.3, or pulling up on the beach and watching the sun rise/set.

Zee
For me it will always be the whip-crack star to Vice City, crusing in the Admiral to Billy Jean, you feel like you just stepped into a hot bath, as you immerse yourself in the City of Vice...I love it. Forcefield
All the stations are amazing except the esperantoso one I think Espantoso was awful on purpose. I think most of the songs were made especially for the game and are deliberately terrible.

AceRay
Probably pulling up to the Vercetti mansion in a sports car listening to V Rock or the Wave. Its a very atmospheric game.

It's relaxing when saving Lance's life or running from the five-o, and it's "different" like Vladivostok.
winme05
The VC is damn atmospheric for sure! For me, the beaty of this game is to run it and get no unhandled exceptions, no major Windows bugs, no f*ck-ups but a clear, glitchless gameplay... Korpi
Driving a car in a sunset or a sunrise listening to Emotion 98.3 when you hear Fernando's words: "See what you think of mister Jan Hammer..." and then "Crockett's Theme" starts to play. You can't beat the feeling. From all the games i've ever played Vice City no doubt had the best atmosphere of all time.
oglevempire
Love it! I love driving a fast car, or a bike around the streets of Vice City, watching people walk around, help officers with chases. f*cking awesome!

From all the games i've ever played Vice City no doubt had the best atmosphere of all time. Quoted for truth! No songs can deliver instant, on-the-spot atmosphere and good feelings like Crockett's Theme along with a nice sunset.

Algonquin Assassin
Re-playing VC again. Seriously this game is like a fine wine and only gets better with age. Hard to imagine my baby will be 10 in October.
stephano1990
Driving an Infernus over the Oceandrive boulevard, or taking a helicopter ride over starfish island, both while listening to Flash FM (best radio station of all the GTA series!). Vice city is still my favorite GTA ever! Perhaps even my favorite video game ever (competing with the sims 2 and team fortress 2)! I just love the Miami theme, it has been my favorite city in the world since I was eleven!

Jool
The main case, was the atmosphere difference from GTA III After dark and charmful GTA III world, the GTA VC sunshine is nice
Node
^ Both games where beautiful in there own ways, a dark gritty scene wouldn't have fitted VC and vice versa
Algonquin Assassin
Funnily enough I've never played the PC version yet I bought it last week. Boy have I been missing out. Aiming is SOOOOO much better. Only thing I'm having trouble with are the f*cking RC helicopters. It's a different experience on PC IMO. Though I do like trails in the PS2 version. Makes the game more atmospheric.
Korpi
^ That reminded me about buying Vice for PC. It's been a awhile since I've played it on PC. No songs can deliver instant, on-the-spot atmosphere and good feelings like Crockett's Theme along with a nice sunset. Yeah, man. To me, that's gotta be the "ultimate GTA feeling". And it is, yeah. xDarkBloomx
Oh man, just today during a replay of VC I was listening to Emotion while doing the "Checkpoint Charlie" collecting the drugs for the boatyard in the speed boat. Very epic atmosphere.
Korpi
Yeah, man. Along with driving at sunset or a sunrise, driving a boat and listening to Crockett's Theme and others on the radio is another one of those amazing and classic moments in a game. You really get the Miami Vice feeling. Vice sure had the best atmosphere in a GTA game.
