Short of that, same as most years- copious quantities of alcohol, lots of good food and seeing all the old friends, colleagues and acquaintances I've not had time to see for the rest of the year. That's what I usually do for Christmas, go to my uncle's beach house where the family gathers (Oh, I love Brazilian beaches!) But this year, I'll briefly go to my cousin's high school graduation, come back home before Christmas, spend Christmas at home with my parens (yay ) then travel on the 31st to tour France, England and Italy. I'm in the middle of switching jobs, and will be losing about 3 weeks of vacation time because of the switch. Normally I take a week or two off in the winter, but this year I won't be able to - If I did I wouldn't be able to take a summer vacation. There's an exam week timetabled the week after where there are no classes, but I've got no exams this term so f*ck yeah. That said, I got roped into doing some film work for a local cinemas short-film productions for this year, and we haven't got much done yet. I'll probably get home in a week or two after getting some more hands on time with all that fancy kit. When I'm home it'll just be seeing mates who I've not seen since summer/last year, drinking and football. Don't break up college until the 21st then I'm actually working on Christmas eve and then on New Years Eve so yeah, kind of sh*tty considering that's when my family has the most stuff going on. I won't be doing much other than seeing my family on Christmas getting drunk, doubling my weight and well, working. It will be weird to see how busy it will be on Christmas Eve though. I know NYE will be busy as sh*t especially later on when people come in drunk wanting Chinese food. Also going to be trying to play as much Xbox within the holiday time. For me, I'm spending 2 weeks back down in Yorkshire, spending Xmas with the family. Even though I have a GF who lives with me, it's always been tradition for me to spend Xmas with my family, especially more so in recent years...be kinda weird the first Xmas dinner without family.
