I don't have a PS3 but my step bro does so I don't really play his playstation that often. I only really play it when he's at work, and that's pretty much never unless I feel like it. Just don't like messing with people's stuff, so I just game on the old 360 I have. My step bro bought this game the other day for PS3, it looks pretty good, might play it one day while he's at work if I get the chance to. Graphics look better than 99% of games on the 360, in my opinion at least.

I'm not playing often, and when I am I'm taking my sweet-ass time. So I've only just reached Sniper Street.

 

How do I proceed? The houses on the left are a minefield of shotgun-wielding goons, and I haven't much ammo after foolishly deciding that all ten runners in the bunker nursery should be put to death. Straight down the middle is a seemingly suicidal gauntlet, and the houses on the right don't seem promising. I managed to reach the back of the sniper's house just once, holed up in that room wth my back to the wall, praising Saint Florence for the Healthpack I managed to synthesize and blowing the bastards away one-by-one as they stumbled in, but the game glitched and they started entering beneath the house and shooting at me. Dead.

What difficulty are you playing on?

 

I found the easier way going to the left of the houses, around the back. The second you jump down from the part of the wall down to another house by the back door that's when the guys will come to get you. I basically jumped back up to the wall, killed a few guys with fire bombs and then basically had to sneak around and kill them. The part where you get to the actual house, you'll have like 3/4 more guys come out. If you don't have enough ammo to kill them, well I'm not sure how to help since I killed 2 with my pistol. Threw another fire bomb on 2 and then just ran round to the back of the house and sneaked around again.

I'm playing on Hard, and the only molotov I might be able to get is if the goon throwing them drops one- luck of the draw.

 

Good idea to climb back up, I hadn't thought of that.

Why didn't TLOU get banned? I say this because it features minors who can die in horrible ways (David can kill Ellie by hitting you in the neck with a machete)

 

I thought depicting minors getting killed was a big no no in gaming?

nothing, just the original PS3 version with all DLC. so not interesting at all if you own the remastered version already.
