just finished the game, it was a great experience.

I guess Joel

didn't want to loose another "daughter". The actions from bringing Ellie out of the operation room until the end are pretty much like the prologue of the game just backwards. The game's story is pretty much open for a prequel or a sequel, which would be great.

It is time to start "Left behind".

It is definitely one of the best titles I have ever played with a strong narrative. I heard they will make a movie out of it.

Arrows are not random, it depends on how close you are to the enemy. If you're right beside or even generally close to them the arrow will break, but if you're a good distance away the arrow will stay intact and you can recover it.

Not true. I shot like 50 arrows into a low ceiling and 80% of them didn't break.

I'm pretty sure it all depends on what you hit and where. The chances of the arrow breaking change depending on where you hit your enemy.

Appearantly, I encountered a glitch/bug in my first playthrough:

In the underground tunnel later in the game 3 bloaters and 5 clickers are supposed to show up in the main tunnel at one point. But I only had three stalker appearing in a side corridor and no enemy in the main tunnel. Do you experienced the same? Why wasn't this fixed already?!

Nah, I hate my family.
Also funny thing, she's older than me but only like 5 foot tall.

I applaud you for finding a girl who tolerates your comics, Freako.

Seriously mate, you have a lot of talent, but I can't imagine many women approving of what you do with it.

So I've been playing Remastered. The attention to small details is very satisfying, as is battering a Clicker's skull in. The level in the tilting skyscraper is dripping with atmosphere, and that room with the four runners and the clicker has proved a real challenge. I failed it so many times the game suggested lowering the difficulty from Hard.

Anyway, it seems glitchy. Why do I have to be stealthy, but Tess and Ellie jump around, making a hell of a racket, running around right in front of enemies without being seen?

You should try this room on survivor, it took me like 10 tries until I was satisfied with the result regarding life loss and ressources used. That Ellie and Tess are not seen by the enemies is intentional as stated by the director Neil Druckmann. He didn't want that the partners ruin the stealth gameplay. Sometimes gameplay has to come before realism.

Yeah they sacrificed a small piece of immersion so that stealth wouldn't be broken by AI partners. I prefer it that way actually. Nothing worse than almost getting past a few clickers only to have Ellie ruin it. It would piss off a lot of people

I haven't played in about a week. I have some other games I wanted to check out. Problem is TLOU has spoiled me and ruined other games for me.

Can someones please report this bug to Naughty Dog for me on their feedback page? Basically it involves enemies not spawning or despawning in the main tunnel when you do what is done in the video.

http://feedback.naughtydog.com/forums/260903-the-last-of-us-remastered

It requires to log in to the Sony Entertainment account, and I forgot my password + they don't take my birthdate to change the password.

That's funny considering I haven't had any bugs at all on the PS3 version, apart from minor glitches. Is that the PS4 version?

Oh yes the PS4 version, I experienced the bug myself. In the comments of this video it is stated that this bug could also be triggered in the PS3 version. comment on youtube:

Completed Remastered the other day, and also did Left Behind, which was a nice little addition to the game, really enjoyed it, one of the best titles I've played. Also have Watch Dogs on my newly purchased PS4 which I'm going to crack on with now :)

You'll enjoy Watch Dogs. It takes some getting used to but once you get the hang of it, it's a blast.

Started my third playthrough on Survival mode. It's piss easy so far. But then I'm only 10-12% through the first chapter lol.

believe me it gets harder, but for me it was my first playthrough without upgrades and stuff. A valuable tip to save ammunition, whenever you can let your npc partners do the work for you and only help them when they are grabbed by the enemies, otherwise you ran out of ammunition even if you are a good shooter. Shiv master updates are useless in my opinion, because you need all of them to open doors.

No problem. Stealth combat is also very important, although it is obvious. There were several parts in the game, where I needed every damn bullet that I had saved during the previous parts. An there was atleast one part where I had no single bullet or arrow left, although I followed the above tips and also reloaded the last checkpoint whenever I felt I wasted too much ressources.

What defines this mode the best is that you lliterally need to open ten empty drawers until you finally find something.

After I finished the game I watched a let's play from a very famous German let's player who played on normal. And I was like."Why does he find so much stuff everywhere and can shoot almost every enemy?"
