When you click to access the demo from the God of War: Ascension main menu, you get a black and white image of Joel and Ellie along with a countdown clock that’s set to end on May 31, 2013, at 9 a.m. Pacific/noon Eastern/5 p.m. GMT.

16 hours is a lot if you asked me. I can't wait for this game, I'm glad I didn't watch the last few videos they released, I f*cking hate spoilers and yes, just hearing a character's name counts as a spoiler to me.

Well the estimated length is usually confirmed with the fastest route possible, without doing anything extra.

 

So it's probable that you (or I) will be playing the game for more than 25 hours.

Meh, it doesn't really bother me. I wasn't planning on trying the demo anyway, unless it's the one they showed at E3 2012. I want to play the full game knowing very little about the story/characters; I hate spoilers.

I loved reading that little article, it makes you feel like you were him playing it, I'm probably going to take at least 24 hours to complete it, because I absolutely love stealth and this game fit perfectly
