KaRzY6
Hello everyone. Okay, so you are wondering what this topic is for. Well read this. Okay, lots of people say that GTA:IV was a let down and others don't. For me, it was 50-50. I found that the features were great. Graphics were amazing. This was a perfect game. But one problem that i hated about this..... The storyline. It was terrible. I passed the game, but i wasn't attached to it. GTA:SA was for me, the best GTA. It had me so attached in the storyline. GTA:VC was pretty good. GTA:LCS i thought was good. GTA:III and GTA:VCS were okay. But then GTA:IV come, i was so pumped to play it. I was that excited. Then i started playing, and it really was a major let down for me. With all the talk that GTA:V will be so good. Graphics, gameplay etc. I hope that the storyline is not a let down. Like GTA:IV. What you guys think?

Dale Nixon
Yeah, next to Vice City, GTA IV was definitely the best one. San Andreas started out good but then sort of became progressively worse after leaving Los Santos. I don't really see what you disliked about it, personally. C2H5OH
I've never played the original GTA IV story since i only have the EFLC, don't know if you can compare TLaD and GTA IV for its sad story but TLaD was also some sort of a let down for me, it was too dark, still badass, but it had not that thing from the other gta's you know, that magic. WillTay
I don't like the story of SA at all, it's a great game but the story is ridiculous. The story of IV is like a film, personally, I think it's the best story yet.
JoshGTAfreak
I think it's the other way around. IV had a brilliant story that got me fairly attached to the characters. SA was pretty empty. It's characters were one dimensional and the story was stupid and ridiculous. IV's story was so believable. I hope we have a story that's deep but not as dark. Just look at the trailer dude, a f*cking fighter jet flying in the middle of downtown los santos and a crop duster spraying poison on people, for me that just indicates the story won´t be dark, but still will have some of that great gta elements in it ala tbogt. Darkshade12
It's the other way around for me, i think the story was the best written and deepest out of all the GTA'S but the features were lacking a bit.
