And I wish all the radio's playing oldschool music haha. Cuz it was awesome feeling. If GTA V will be like SA, I will be most happiest man in the world heh. Anywayz, whos missing those old vibes? I doubt we'll see that theme again in V. Unless by theme you mean music ? If so then I'm inclined to agree. IV had a decent array of music but the rap stations were sorely lacking. It'd be nice if they put as much dedication into the rap stations as they did some of the others. Doesn't need to be old to be good though. Rjpro123 Posted December 3, 2011 Share Posted December 3, 2011 Yeah I know what you mean bout the vibe especially in ls, but like it was said before it more got to do with music since it was the 90s with gangster rap and all that stuff that went down in la that time it made the perfect time for a gang style game. Like vice city with the amazing soundtrack that got u in the mood for the 80s. It's set in modern day and music today is not the same vibe as before but they will make up for that with detailed weather and scenery for eg if there are missions in like the gang part of la it will be very detailed with junkies and shooting in the background that will make it feel like ur in a gangster hood. As much as I'd LOVE that - that was all down to the time frames the games were set in, and reflect how the world [or at least America] generally was back in that decade. If Rockstar ever return to an 80s/90s themed game in a few years, and I think they could - then we'll get that feeling back, but right now we'll be stuck with the sh*tty vibe 2010/2011 has to offer in GTAV. What ? Gangs still exist in pretty much every major city in North America. Especially in place like LA , Chicago and Detroit.
