[µT]
Hitman already had this feature more than 10 years ago. I realy dont think it goes with a GTA game, i'm not realy into all this over realism! You will be playing in a life-like simulation of Los Angeles with a feasibly realistic storyline, interactive characters and pedestrians, possible multiple endings because of the in-game decisions you make, etc. and you're concerned that moving bodies would make the game over-realistic? GTAknowledge
Yes would like this to be put into the game. Could also make some missions more fun and interesting.

Mokrie Dela
are some people here retards? I rarely attack anyone like this but jesus f*cking christ. "This is not Hitman" Alright - Get rid of guns in GTA - notice the trailer has silenced weapon - f*ck off this isn't hitman. IV had hitman missions - this is not hitman, f*ck off with them. f*ck off. "This is not hitman" Nothing says im a moron more then these pathetic arguements. If Rockstar took the approach of "this is not hitman/COD/SR" whatever, Then we wouldnt have the game. Including on small f*cking feature like moving bodies makes a game like GTA hitman? Grow up. It will just add a feature. I'm pretty sure GTA has had trains in it - this isn't a train simulator, get rid of trains. And planes, this isnot a flight simulator - don't include planes. And guns - this is not COD - get rid of guns. Cars- this is not Gran Turismo - get rid of cars. Fighting - this is not tekken, get rid of it. WHAT THE f*ck are you left with? Have you guys never played GTA? Do you not realise how capable R* is in making a game? Do you honestly thing the ability to move bodies, will make the game INSTANTLY become hitman? No. The feature in question is a legitimate idea, and hitman didnt even spring to my mind. Did you know you can move bodies in Fallout? Is THAT hitman? we're talking about GTA, one of the best games there is - because it's got so much in it, some from other games, some original. Please gtfo with these stupid, poor thought out "arguements" as they're nothing but spam. The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing. lolleroz
it just doesn't fit the game. It would become more and more complicated or it wouldnt be polished 1. you get a body draging script 2. rockstar needs to script NPC reactions 3. rockstar realises there also needs to be option to put the body in trunk and such like i said its just too 'complicated' for GTA...it will never happen also I have a a freeride mod for Mafia 2 - theres the option to move bodies, but what is the point? It's just pure annoyance of having useless feature, unless you really love 'roleplaying' in a damn single player.
TheTrooth
MAYBE in a kidnapping mission, like the one on IV, or some side missions which do explore kidnapping for money. I don't think it should be an out of mission asset though, one of the whole points of the GTA protagonist's is that they can do whatever they want and kill whoever they want and nobody can do sh*t about it. They don't need to hide bodies. If I saw T.Vercetti or any of the other protag's trying to hide a body for the sake of the law, I would laugh. Capricornus
To all you idiots saying sh*t like "This isn't a stealth game, this isn't Hitman", news flash, this is the GTA V subforum. In other words, we know this already, so please STFU. As for the topic, I have always been in support of this feature in a GTA game every since before GTA IV came out. Would be great. I don't want to be able to drag any body I see on the street. But it's okay in (side)missions, or perhaps when you stealth kill someone without alerting him (assuming V will have such feature)

I think it's doable - the peds would just react how they do in IV when you beep your horn. Storing the bodies arent a problem imo. If it's something they've thought of - they would have done it no problem. And a lot of people roleplay in single-and mult-player. So why not have it in? You would use it in missions but as with taxis trains and "dates" - no one's forcing anyone to use the feature, so, no i don't think it's a complication at all. Seriously man, wtf umad bro?? it IS out of the place. There was the ketchup fender (or w/e was it called) mission on SA where you tied up a mafia guy on your own car and drove around, but that doesn't mean it would be logical to have option of doing this with EVERY ped. More or less, GTAs are suspossed to stay SIMPLE and PLAIN, without 1000000 features in free roam that ain't logical (tuning cars is fine since it's clearly explained and such) - Rockstar ain't a japanese studio. Want to drag bodies in stealth missions? no problem Want to drag bodies and place them in cars for kidnapping or selling organs submission? no f*cking problem Want to drag bodies after killing someone in stealth way without anyone seeing it? no problem Want to drag bodies for no reason in free roam? What's the f*cking point? You kill a guy in middle of a street, and you want the option to drag his body? Get mods (assumming f*cking V will support mods more or less) this feature is okay for Mafia games, but not for GTA. You still wanna throw 'IF U DONT LIEK THEN DONT USE IT!111111' at me? Sure, but using your logic we should have 929299292 more non-GTA features. such feature is f*cking useless outside of missions, and my answer is: mods since no, it doesn't fit vanilla game and btw, I am a Hitman fan, but this hasn't got much to do with the topic

The thought of dropping a body off a roof and watching people freak out is fun to me. I see no reason what so ever why this shouldnt be in the game outside of missions. @lolleroz: Yeah ok, not every feature should be included, and i can see that moving a ped you just ran over would be pointless - I'm not saying i'm wanting this feaure 100%. I wouldn't mind it, but i believe in having the options. Things like having a guy chase you into an alley - you kill him then move his body to hide it or so that more pursuers see it and go towards it, allowing you to sneak away or get the jump on them. GTA is geared towards the run and shoot gamer, i know that. Assassins creed, Hitman splinter cell (all ubisoft strangely) - they're all about stealth, but i see no reason why there can't be a middle ground. GTA could have missions with a "stealth" method of completing it, or a "gung ho" method. Usually features revealed in missions are available outside of said mission. IF they put the feature in for missions, it's a case of a few lines of code to have it available in free roam. And i find your mod arguemnt massively short circuited. PS3 and XBOX users can not legally use mods. So your arguement is invalid. I'm not talking platform specific. I'm talking globally. I think the bodies moving idea could work to the benifit of fun and that, in my mind, is what games are all about. piling a few bodies up and bloowing them up, wathcing the limbs fly about would give everyone who wants to do that a nice dark laugh. they could be used to the player's benifit in and outside of missions - distracting pursuing cops, sending people in one direction while you go another etc. Add more deph to cop chases That said, I won't cry if the feature's not in the game. My point is that there's no real reason - legitimate reason - so far why this feature should not be outside of missions. Only attemtped arguements so far are "this is not hitman". Until someone comes along with compelte understanding of GTA V's scripts and AI, and says "in order for this to work yada yada yada" i will keep repeating my point: why the hell not have it in. Your arguement though is "it wont fit". fit with what? the game - the player's style (everyone's is different). Then you say tuning cars SHOULD be in the game? Double standards there mate. Tuning cars has no place in GTA. I see no benifit from tuning a stolen car up, to lose the cops. I'm not saying that SHOULDNT be in the game - if it can, it should, as with vehicle/weapon customisation) but you can't say moving bodies shouldnt be in, and tuning cars should - as they both have some (but LITTLE) benifits, and are both as pointless as each other. Patrizio
Good grief, like Mokrie I don't usually react to these things, but I can't believe some people in here sometimes. All of this 'doesn't fit the vibe' rubbish has got to stop. This is GTA - the sandbox game. Features should be added, not removed. How on earth does a career criminal - capable of murder - dragging a dead body not fit a vibe? We're not asking for him to wear a pink Afro wig for God's sake. This feature was in RDR and greatly added to the immersion of the game world. If we are able to drag bodies and put them in the trunk/boot of our car it will add hours of replay. I can't see how nobody would want this.

I'm not really saying the feature is dumb, or I don't like it. I'm just sure Rockstar won't implement it outside of missions (if they implement it at all) since it's not their style to have a action menu pop-out like in Mafia 1 (which was really cool) but yes we shall see. It would be good to see feature implemented, I'm just saying I seriously doubt it
visionist
are some people here retards? I rarely attack anyone like this but jesus f*cking christ."This is not Hitman" Alright - Get rid of guns in GTA - notice the trailer has silenced weapon - f*ck off this isn't hitman.

Stinky12
Adding this will be a neat feature to a already mature game. I don't see how R* who lets you blast peds heads off, will not let you carry dead bodies. They can used the rag doll effect for the dead peds and probably the carry large heavy object script like in SA during those side robbery missions. Ex Hellraiser
put bodies on train tracks!!! Well I wouldn't do that. I found it to be satisfying enough to just push peds in front of the subway cars as they passed in front of me teehee
