And things like the thing I'm about to explain are done purposely but subtly to let the viewer know something. Image and sounds. He states he 'came here, put his feet up and thought he'd be a Dad like all the other Dads. Suggesting he already is a Dad. His kids will be the ones like in TV and they'd sit in the sun and play ball. Then he says BUT, you know how it is. Suggesting things are sour, in which then it cuts to him knocking a van full of 2 people who then break into a shop together. Suggesting that him and his kids haven't got the life that he just explained he wanted, instead a criminal life. I will put money on this. And that the game is based around family business. There's no doubt about it in my mind. *Edit* Im so sure of this, I will bet this theory against someone elses for a copy of GTA V, no sh*t. The age thing, he would only have to be double there age which is completely possible, 20-25 for the 2 guys, and 40-45 for him. I completely agree with you on this, He does have kids . If he didn't, he wouldn't say "...thought I'd be a dad" followed by "like all the other dads." That implies he is already a dad, the rest of what he says is him talking hypothetically about wanting to be a normal dad. Yeah, and those grown men one of who is the dad, definitely aren't his kids. Let's say that the 'Middle-Aged Guy' is in his late-forties/early-fifties, If he had kids when he was 20, those children would be 20-30 at this point in time. Akhi11eus Posted February 28, 2012 Share Posted February 28, 2012 ok this is my 1st post, though i've been lurking on here since news of gtav. anyway, in the 1st trailer when the characters are going to rob the jewelry store, i think those are his kids. right before they show that scene, he is talking about his kids & says he wanted to be a typical family father "but you know how it is" then it shows him & those guys getting out. I have not seen anyone mention this, what do you think? You don't always post on this forum, but when you do, its something that's already been talked about for months.
