SGT. Johnson
Hello everyone. After cruising around Youtube, I've realiszed something worth discussing: MYTHS FROM PAST GTA GAMES BEING IMPLMENTED IN GTA V Let's see, we are returning to GTA San Andreas tecnically, correct? Perhaps we'll get to see an actual UFO or something? What about the illusive and infamous Epsilon Program? Maybe it can be part of the storyline this time? Oh, and who can forget about Bigfoot? Discuss away.

Jason
There will (and already has been) talks of Bigfoot, I think that's pretty obvious.
J-B
Undead Nightmare had some Sasquatchs in it so I guess it's a possibility for V.
SGT. Johnson
I say Maibatsu monstrosity ! That takes me back. GTA III; never did get to drive that vehicle, unless it was the Landstalker. So, we can see that there is a strong possibility of Bigfoot making a reutnr, but what about the other myths, such as sharks, UFOs, the Epsilon Program, guys in cement shoes, ghost cars, etc.

MrcTOtheJ
The Vehicle was never in the game I think SGT. It's just been referenced in a few manuals, III's and VCS's I think had a reference to it too. Anyhow with the country side back, I can see someone posting "evidence" of big foot in the woods, of course like last time he won't be in there, but people will still search for him for years on end. And with the desert I wouldn't be suprized with Alien theorys ethier.

ZeeKid2k10
How it is San Andrea? A bold new direction in open-world freedom, storytelling, mission-based gameplay and online multiplayer, Grand Theft Auto V focuses on the pursuit of the almighty dollar in a re-imagined, pesent day Southern California. Southern California is a megaregion, or megapolitan area, in the southern area of the U.S. state of California. Large urban areas include Greater Los Angeles and Greater San Diego. Reebokanonymous
I hope some creepypasta comes from this game. What if you were playing late at night in an empty house with the lights off. You think "It's GTA! It'll be fun and I surely won't be frightened by anything!" You're running through the forest, hunting deer in the dark with night vision goggles. Suddenly your vision flares up and you can't see. You un-equip your goggles so you can see what caused the white glare. It becomes apparent from the orange hue that there is a fire in the distance. The woods are thick, so you have to get close to see what's going on. As you approach, hiding in the underbrush with the game's new crawl mechanic, you hear soft chanting, and gagged screams. As you raise yourself to your knee, you see a dozen cloaked women in a circle around a large fire in a clearing, and a log cabin nearby. To your horror (hopefully), three young hikers are being burned alive at the stake. The fire is only just beginning to lick their feet, so it is up to you whether or not to spring into action. Personally, I would mow down those bitches with an automatic, and untie the hikers, call the cops, and get them to safety. The first time I happened upon this, however, I would probably just wait it out to see what happens. After the bodies have been burned, the screams have stopped, and the ritual has ended, the coven proceeds to convene in the log cabin. As you draw near with extreme caution, you notice none of the "witches" (since they wouldn't actually have powers) are in sight. Upon entering the cabin, you explore the premises to see where they could have gone. As you walk across the floor, you notice a change in the sound of your steps when crossing a rug. Upon laying down on the floor, you see that there is a wooden hatch, and open it if you have any curiosity whatsoever. As you slowly proceed down the winding stone staircase, shotgun at the ready, you hear more screams. These screams are not inhibited by a gag. Once you reach the bottom, you are treated to the view of a rather large dungeon, chains and shackles hanging from the walls and ceilings. Across the room, eleven of the women are watching the other witch bleed the helpless victim. The victim notices you out of the corner of his/her eye, and starts to scream. All of the women turn around, and begin to run at you, hideous faces preparing for battle. Realizing that they have no actual powers, they begin to grab the nearest knives and branding irons, or simply come at you barehanded, trying to bite you. Of course, all of this only goes on as long as you allow it. If you have a shotgun or an automatic weapon, it should be no problem to murder every last one of them. You can either free the victim or leave him/her there. I would not enjoy being able to torture people at all, so I wouldn't care if it was included or not (you could always shoot the victim, you sicko). This is obviously a random-ass idea that I thought of while browsing /x/ and /v/ at the same time, and it would be weird if it was actually in the game, but I think it would be cool if Rockstar included fleshed-out random events such as this. iGrandTheftAuto
We need to have the desert in order to have UFO's in my opinion. We have the country side and perhaps a climbable mountain, so Bigfoot might be a possible myth to return again.

Lioshenka
I amsure they wil mention Epsilon, UFOs and the Bigfoot since all of them had such a big presence in the old SA. Not sure if either of them will be real though.

Southern California is a megaregion, or megapolitan area, in the southern area of the U.S. state of California. Large urban areas include Greater Los Angeles and Greater San Diego. Los Santos is in the fictional State of San Andreas, V is based on a reimadgined present day souther cali but the game is still located in the GTA fictional state of San Andreas and ive got 100% proof that it is in the fictional state of San Andreas because it says San Andreas on the number plates in the trailer, just not the whole state which is based on Cali and Nevada. Anyway I think bigfoot will be making a return in the myths because of the ammount of crazy nut jobs out there who made up the myth in the first place for SA. I also have a feeling that the puppet guy from saw will be put into a myth in V, dont know why but just have a feeling.
AlexGTAGamer
Yeah I'll go with the Bigfoot myth. Even if it is something as small as a hiker talking to someone that he saw "Bigfoot" in the mountains, or footprints (like in SA), or even a radio/newpaper report/story on Bigfoot, to something as big as actually seeing Bigfoot in the mountains/forests alive or dead, it'll be fun. But I'm sure whatever myths and easter eggs Rockstar have put into V will be great.

Jewstinian
• Aliens. • Sasquatch. • Possibly a giant. • Ghosts. • Epsilon Program. • UFOs. • I know this hasn't been used before, but I can imagine some Slendermen. Thats what I believe will be myths, there will DEFINITELY be more, but this is just an educated guess.
