Exxon Posted December 2, 2011 Share Posted December 2, 2011 I believe that's just how the shadows work in 1.0.7.0, are you sure you've tried Very High settings? Otherwise, go to: C:/Users/USERNAME/Documents/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV/settings and delete the settings.xml file. Then it'll reset the settings, set them how you want and see if it helps.
