He appeared in the red car twice, he was in the grey car by the prostitues and he was also the driver of the van. Since the narrators voice most likely belong to the guy on the balcony, i was wondering what role he could play in the game.

If he is a clean cut fbi agent why is he helping people rob a jewelry shop and why is he running from the cops?

I voted for the multiple protagonists theory but I'm still not sure what to think about it. I like the idea of multiple protags like playing as one person. I'M CONFUSED

I hate games with a cop-role protagonists... Unless if they transform into a terrorist in the story.

I'm saying he's a Supportive Character, one who might play a big role, I mean from the looks of it the Guy who looks like Ned Luke (and sounds like it) is the protag, (AKA Mr. Balcony and Blue Car guy) I mean he was shown the most in the video.

 

The guy in the red car though, seems like he could be playing a role in the story for sure though.

Easily, as I think the guy driving the Red car was spotted in the bank robbery scene with the same guy with the blue car.

Why? I think its awesome playing as a cop, book people, give out tickets and arrest people, kinda like True Crime LA & NY
