GTA Vice city sensitivity fix issues

Hello, i am new to this forum and need some help.

I am having issues with the y axis sensitivity in Gta VC, as it is way too high compared to the x axis sensitivity. So, I installed Stretchnutter's sensitivity fix, but whenever i try to enable it, the game crashes and i get an unhandled exception c0000005 at address 0047c235. Can someone suggest a fix to this or an alternate way of fixing sensitivity in Vce City on PC?
