There is NO UPDATE available to fix problems with GTA:SA (Except if you have a Version 1 game, and that problem is fixed at Rockstar website by upgrading to V1.01 patch, which fixes IN-GAME glitches and video resolution problems.) When the Game doesn't run it is usually do to other things, like hardware incompatibility. Or pirated games not having all the files needed to run the game. Where did you get your Game?
