Maybe you unlock more planes when you get your license. DMV should return so we can pass it and get our driving license like in San Andreas. I always wondered how the protagonists of some Gta games got their license from do they have international license or what, because when they arrive at the city they start to drive immediately. So you wouldn't want to take a plane out to were your not supposed to be and get 6 stars on you FOR FUN. (Just like in SA) WTF is up with some people? You can access the whole map anyway. But i liked how you did missions to be able to fly airplanes.. Once you have earned a pilots license, you should be able to enter the airport without getting a wanted level. If you wear an airport uniform (if that makes sense) they wont come after you. i would like it like that but the San Andreas way was good too, if you get your pilots licence you're allowed in.
