BRAKE LIGHT AUTO ON (just like in Mafia 2)

Is there any script that contains an auto brake light feature? Like in mafia 2 wherein when the car is fully stopped the brake light is automatically turned on... it does not disappear... unlike in IV, it disappears, unless you use this script but nearby AI will stop as well.... I saw one topic that has a connection to this, but the script has one major bug, this is its link http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=456138 its bug is when you continously press the brake button, other AI cars nearby will stop aswell... I wish somebody here can create a script regarding this...
