Yes there is another flag aswell I don't remember which but the 3rd city is most likely Mexico. It only makes sence as it borders south Cali an was already featured in RDR. Why else would they add the flag? And as much as I've been here I never seen anyone comment on the flag Not to mention the more than likely Mexican migrant workers and huge Mexican population of LA. It would give a "complete" feel to the map. 3 Major cities: Los Santos, San Diego (Los Puerta?) and Tijuana, and a lot of smaller towns and suburbs near these cities. Yes mexico has in fact been mentioned many times, but the flag itself not as much. Which I think is almost a confirmation. As for the EU and Japanese flags, it's hard to say, maybe you will deal with big people from Japan and Europe as real estate might be a huge part of the game. Maybe the flags are there for the purpose of say welcoming wealthy foreigners in a way such as big name hotels and the UN building does, maybe golf is a rich mans game, so big ppl will be there? I don't know There are almost always Japanese gangsters in gta games, maybe like half of them. And for the guy suggestin my 5 ninnies of fame....ya a forum of gta v is the kind of fame I want. Ur on the money. Anyways I read here all the time and I'm sure many have noticed the flags, they just seem to have almost never been mentioned. If u can link me to a mention of the flags in any trailer run downs or this forum even then ur right I have not done my he as well as I thought I have, I'd u can't then stfu. Either way who cares Maybe I'm wrong but I remember none of the big time websites such as iGN or Gametrailers or GS or kotaku never mentioned the flags. Maybe they mean nothing at all.
