Give it a name, give it some songs (it could even be your own songs if you want), give it some commercials (optional), and crank up the tunes! As I said I tried to look for a topic on creating radio stations but I couldn't find one. Heck I even asked in "Have A Question?" topic but got no response. The thing is Mods hate peeps bumping old threads, even though you're stuck in the music and TV/movies section when you need to do just that, I say, bite the bullet, if it's more then a year old, reinvent the topic, perhaps? I'm looking for that "LAST.FM" topic but the search function isn't working for me. Chances are it hasn't been posted in for a while and so I don't want to go and bump it if it is old.
