OP basically doesn't like this one guy, who OP bullies as far as I can understand (as OP has beaten him, or so OP claims). For some magical reason though, he's liked more than the OP, thus OP is mad.

 

His mental disability gives him more attention than the OP it seems. And that causes butthurt.

The best advice I can give is to ignore him, and even kinda laugh a little as if you sort of agree when he bullies you. I was bullied by a 'wigger', for a year or so who would spill milk on me, and f*ck with my hair. Eventually he realized that I didn't really give a s**t, and just faded away.

 

Never stand up for yourself, unless you're going to kick his teeth in. If you try to verbally abuse him, he'll probably have a/n (un)-witty comeback, and you won't feel good about standing up for yourself.

 

As for the stupid comedy, you'll find that everywhere. If what he/they find funny isn't your cup of tea, than ignore it. Just be glad that you're not in a class full of internet meme spewing morons, unless you are, in which case I feel your pain.

be funnier than him. make jokes to get the class to laugh at the other guy, or just make random jokes to get the majority on your side.

You may get the majority on your side but the guy will be pissed off.

then he will be pissed off in secretly. The bully will learn that he will get owned every time he tries to start something, so he will just stop. what is the bully going to do? beat OP up? Then the bully will probably be expelled, and it is very unlikely, with the description of the bully we are given, that it would ever happen. the guys sounds like your average middle school cocky douchebag.
