Annihilators?

I've been searching for them so long, as it is near impossible to steal one from mid-air. Does anyone know of a place where there'd be an Annihilator chopper in story mode that a player can just get into?

Well, I've seen one sitting on the helicopter pad at the LCPD at East Holland (Bismarck Avenue) in Algonquin while playing as Niko Bellic. Sadly, I did not think too much of the incident at the time, and was simply delighted to find and * steal * the air vehicle in question. Incidentially it flies like a cement truck and the weapons are nigh on impossible to aim, let alone use - so for a weapons platform its rather pointless and ass heavy.

UPDATE: I recently finished GTA-IV with Niko and went in search of the N.O.O.S.E. Helicopters. I have to date identified at least three of them. One can be found at the northern end of Francis International Airport, another is atop the landing pad at the LCPD building at Fishmarket North, with the final one (to date) located at the LCPD building at East holland. Sadly, it became necessary to complete the main mission objectives in order to unlock these craft.

... And once you exterminate all pigeons you get one on top of the me-TV building too.

Although a bit difficult, - you can unlock that one from the very beginning of the game.

may I add that there is one additional Annihilator spawn on Multiplayer game modes (not all of them).

 

It is on the helipad on the south western fire department in Alderney.
