But if it was under construction, how was CJ living there. Or was a few sections (e.g Portland), had been developed. If you know about this, please reply. If you saw an Intgroduction movie, you might know that LC was a city that was already founded and (at least, Portland) fully created. Didn't hear any whisperings like this. Liberty City was founded way back..... The introduction movie was awsome! Many thigs like sal's gentalman club and all. I thought that Hernandez (Sorry if spelling is wrong) was also mute but no. Can you please post a couple links to where you saw it on the Forums? I don't recall seeing anything on here like that, and i've been here since early 2006.
