Don't be hard on the subject forget about the programming for a bit focus on other stuff i know people will do sco for you guys soon.

Yeah, let's get the barrel rolling:

 

here's my old report about what needs to be done, assume nobody bothered reading into it too much

 

 

1. - As desired

 

 

-Insert the safehouse code to enable some of the interactivity from IVe.g watching TV, "lie-on-bed" animation while saving the game, and more...-Enable Taxi transport from IV-Enable Cellphone from IV(fatter version due to time period it's set in)-Enable Vendors at Hot-Dog stands, functionalities on Sprunk vending machines-Set the course and path script for the camera on cable-car located in Mount Chiliad area-Add ability to change clothes in the savehouse and the shop-If possible, add the Qub3d arcade videogame in the bars and other venues-Enable scripts for GPS(without directive voice)-Add Wasted/Busted respawns-Add SA Races (LS, SF, LV)-Add customized rampages(optional)-Add Tags sprays -Enable the spraypaint weapon and add a visual FX effect to it-Add collectibles (horseshoes and oysters)-Add restaurants, and the abilities to eat like in (Cluckin' Bell, The Well Stacked Pizza instances)-Analyze the SA SCM code and start rewriting it to the best extent you can for RAGE's SCO-Add driving and flying schools from SA (prefferably with medals' awards)-Add gangwars with territory take-over ability

 

 

 

The list will be expanded after/if 50% on this list is complete.

Earth to Blaster; i wasn't talking about the public interest in general, i meant that it won't be resourceful without programmers , everything we have for GTA including itself is scripted and therefore programmers are needed. I am going to keep on implying that till it's realized far enough

Screw it all , i will have to start learning it myself, i can't rely on the community obviously it's not as it once was back in 04'-08'

So lets get things straight.

The topic is called [WIP] IV:SA³ 'World Enhancement. Not "Talk About Random Crap Topic"

So:

1. Justin Bieber sounds bad, and like a girl (probably got a sex change right out of the womb) and when and if his voice changes, his career is over. He also has nothing to do with IV SA Beta 3.

2. Not saying he is, but if hes gay, be glad he isn't posting pictures of cocks in the topic. The moderators on the forum would not be too happy because it is not appropriate and has nothing to do with the topic. They wouldn't be happy even if he posted girls gone wiled video's, or girls in the fountain at the mall because its off topic.

3. Even though trolling can be f*cking funny as hell, lets get back on topic, because its annoying most of the time.

I am even glad you kicked me from the IV:SA DB yesterday Blaster, working in this childish environment just isn't for me.

 

When you two grow up , we can talk again like normal human beings.

 

Now, i can understand EL acting this way because he is 12/13 which means far too young and it can be tolerated but you are a college student 20/21 years old and yet you act even worse then EL sometimes.

 

 

The bottom line is:

 

In order to achieve something, you need to think serious and work hard to reach your goal and doing what you did (trollfaces, talking about totally unnecessary things) will NOT bring us anywhere near to where we want, or where I want at least.

 

 

 

 

And yes, the last few pages belong to the pre-school kids, not serious and off-topic off the charts

No, this can't be performed without modifying blendshapes which is impossible right now.

 

To do this, you can try making a script to generate the body parts as objects and not rigged peds themselves with blood fall behind the harvester thus removing the rigged peds (would need to be researched). Pretty sure how it's done in SA too

Edit: Also its illegal.

They're hosting models from copyrighted games and charging "premium" members for downloading them.

I know the whole side isn't premium, however the fact that people can pay for a premium account and while downloading copyright content seriously cannot be legal.

Im gonna try do a script for it, completely not guaranteeing anything because i've got next-to-no sco scripting skill, however i'm gonna give it a go.

 

Edit2: Random, ty, only problem is i know absolutely nothing about how to create a .net/dll/asi IV script using scripthooks, so for my attempt it will have to be sco.
